基于BIM和精益建造的施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制研究
[Abstract]:With the development of construction industry all over the world, construction project management has become a hot research field. Because of the direct impact of project cost and duration on the benefit, the related research is also more in-depth, but the quality of the project has become the focus of attention. Lean construction as a new theory in the construction industry, and BIM technology as a necessary technology for the contemporary construction industry reform, the combination of the two on the role of project construction is worth studying. The research results of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects: (1) on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the theory and means of lean construction, the quality control methods in the traditional mode and the means of quality control under lean construction are compared. It is pointed out that in the traditional control methods, the work of each stage is separated, the information exchange is not sufficient, the phenomenon of waste is serious, and so on. (2) the research on the interaction between BIM technology and lean construction shows that there is a strong synergy between them. BIM technology is a necessary means to realize lean construction and maximize the value of lean construction. Visual management is very important for lean construction, and efficient quality control system is an indispensable part of lean construction management. (3) according to planner system theory, a Kanban BIM construction quality control system based on LPS theory is constructed. The system Kanban BIM quality control process is realized by main plan, forward plan, weekly plan, execution plan four layer quality control plan pull, combine the dynamic support of BIM database, establish the feedback system of quality control information. Continuous improvement of construction quality. For projects with large volume, high complexity, long construction cycle and high operational and maintenance requirements, The quality control system of Kanban BIM is suggested to adopt the IPD organization structure under SPE. (4) according to the construction quality control system of Kanban BIM, this paper chooses Foshan Fangfang Tower complex construction project to carry on the case simulation analysis. The application of Kanban BIM quality control system for projects with complex structure, difficult construction and strict quality requirements can ensure the quality requirements of high standard under lean construction and maximize the value of the project. The research results have certain reference value to improve the quality management level of the construction project, reduce the construction cost and enhance the value of the project.
