【摘要】：本文從項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理單位進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的角度出發(fā),研究了鄭州市隴�？焖俾芬粯�(biāo)段工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)階段進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的控制和調(diào)整等方面內(nèi)容,分析了隴�？焖俾芬粯�(biāo)段工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的管理過(guò)程。首先,論文分析了鄭州市隴�？焖俾氛w工程概況和項(xiàng)目整體實(shí)施計(jì)劃,明確施工工藝,在綜述了現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理有關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)工程概況進(jìn)行了介紹并確定了項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)和工作范圍,采用WBS(工作分解結(jié)構(gòu))技術(shù)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了分解,對(duì)各工作進(jìn)行了責(zé)任分配。在此基礎(chǔ)上確定各個(gè)工序之間的邏輯關(guān)系和工序持續(xù)時(shí)間,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃法編制了項(xiàng)目初始進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,確定關(guān)鍵路徑和相應(yīng)的時(shí)間參數(shù)。其次,為了保證進(jìn)度計(jì)劃能夠有效執(zhí)行,論文編制了進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的實(shí)施措施,制定了進(jìn)度保證措施和進(jìn)度保證體系,確保進(jìn)度計(jì)劃能有效指導(dǎo)施工。在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中,建立完善的組織機(jī)構(gòu),制定對(duì)應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理程序制度,同時(shí)明確在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中的進(jìn)度保證體系和對(duì)應(yīng)的措施。最后,在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制過(guò)程中,論文完善項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制信息的反饋機(jī)制,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行比較分析,當(dāng)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃比較發(fā)現(xiàn)計(jì)劃存在偏差時(shí),分析偏差是否影響關(guān)鍵路徑、是否大于總時(shí)差、是否工程出現(xiàn)了偏差,據(jù)此采取調(diào)整措施,調(diào)整項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,保證實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃預(yù)期目標(biāo)。通過(guò)研究,本文提出了適用于鄭州市隴海快速路一標(biāo)段工程項(xiàng)目施工階段進(jìn)度管理的基本方法,該方法已直接應(yīng)用于鄭州市隴�？焖俾讽�(xiàng)目,同時(shí)對(duì)類似道路工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理也具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of project schedule management carried out by project construction management units, this paper studies the preparation, control and adjustment of the progress plan in the construction stage of the first section of the Longhai Expressway project in Zhengzhou. This paper analyzes the management process of the project progress of the first section of Longhai Expressway. First of all, the paper analyzes the general situation of Longhai Expressway in Zhengzhou and the overall implementation plan of the project, defines the construction technology, and summarizes the relevant theories of modern project management. This paper introduces the general situation of the project and determines the goal and scope of the project. The project is decomposed by WBS (work decomposition structure) technique and the responsibility of each work is assigned. On this basis, the logical relationship and the duration of each process are determined, and the initial schedule of the project is worked out by using the network planning method, and the critical path and the corresponding time parameters are determined. Secondly, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the progress plan, the paper formulates the implementation measures of the progress plan, and formulates the progress assurance measures and schedule assurance system to ensure that the progress plan can effectively guide the construction. In the process of project implementation, a perfect organization is established, and the corresponding project schedule management procedure system is formulated. At the same time, the schedule assurance system and corresponding measures in the process of project implementation are clearly defined. Finally, in the process of project schedule control, the paper improves the feedback mechanism of project schedule control information, and makes a comparative analysis of the project schedule plan. When the schedule comparison finds that there is a deviation in the plan, the paper analyzes whether the deviation affects the critical path. Whether the time difference is greater than the total time difference, whether there is a deviation in the project, according to which the adjustment measures are taken to adjust the project schedule plan to ensure the realization of the expected goal of the schedule plan. Through research, this paper puts forward the basic method of schedule management in the construction phase of the first section of Longhai Expressway in Zhengzhou City, which has been directly applied to the Longhai Expressway Project in Zhengzhou City. At the same time, the progress management of similar road construction projects also has reference significance.
