鄭州市隴海快速路一標(biāo)段工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究
[Abstract]:From the point of view of project schedule management carried out by project construction management units, this paper studies the preparation, control and adjustment of the progress plan in the construction stage of the first section of the Longhai Expressway project in Zhengzhou. This paper analyzes the management process of the project progress of the first section of Longhai Expressway. First of all, the paper analyzes the general situation of Longhai Expressway in Zhengzhou and the overall implementation plan of the project, defines the construction technology, and summarizes the relevant theories of modern project management. This paper introduces the general situation of the project and determines the goal and scope of the project. The project is decomposed by WBS (work decomposition structure) technique and the responsibility of each work is assigned. On this basis, the logical relationship and the duration of each process are determined, and the initial schedule of the project is worked out by using the network planning method, and the critical path and the corresponding time parameters are determined. Secondly, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the progress plan, the paper formulates the implementation measures of the progress plan, and formulates the progress assurance measures and schedule assurance system to ensure that the progress plan can effectively guide the construction. In the process of project implementation, a perfect organization is established, and the corresponding project schedule management procedure system is formulated. At the same time, the schedule assurance system and corresponding measures in the process of project implementation are clearly defined. Finally, in the process of project schedule control, the paper improves the feedback mechanism of project schedule control information, and makes a comparative analysis of the project schedule plan. When the schedule comparison finds that there is a deviation in the plan, the paper analyzes whether the deviation affects the critical path. Whether the time difference is greater than the total time difference, whether there is a deviation in the project, according to which the adjustment measures are taken to adjust the project schedule plan to ensure the realization of the expected goal of the schedule plan. Through research, this paper puts forward the basic method of schedule management in the construction phase of the first section of Longhai Expressway in Zhengzhou City, which has been directly applied to the Longhai Expressway Project in Zhengzhou City. At the same time, the progress management of similar road construction projects also has reference significance.
