【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國(guó)治理大氣污染的需要和調(diào)整電力結(jié)構(gòu)力度加大,天然氣作為清潔能源日益受到重視。天然氣發(fā)電擁有效率高、污染物排放少、啟/停機(jī)迅速、運(yùn)行方式靈活等特點(diǎn)。根據(jù)國(guó)務(wù)院2013年1月1日發(fā)布的能源發(fā)展十二五規(guī)劃,天然氣發(fā)電到2015年裝機(jī)容量將在十一五的基礎(chǔ)上翻番達(dá)到5600萬(wàn)千瓦,年均增長(zhǎng)16.2%.預(yù)計(jì)至2020年天然氣發(fā)電裝機(jī)容量將達(dá)到1億千瓦。雖然天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組已經(jīng)在國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展到一定規(guī)模,但受政策規(guī)范不完善、氣源供應(yīng)與機(jī)組布局不協(xié)調(diào)、以及核心技術(shù)缺失等發(fā)展障礙影響,我國(guó)的天然氣發(fā)電機(jī)組多以調(diào)峰調(diào)頻為主,采用晝開夜停的運(yùn)行方式。燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組在為電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰調(diào)頻作出貢獻(xiàn)的同時(shí),也增加了設(shè)備檢修、維護(hù)成本。機(jī)組頻繁啟停不僅對(duì)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)部件壽命產(chǎn)生影響,同時(shí)在停機(jī)和冷態(tài)啟動(dòng)階段對(duì)汽輪機(jī)、余熱鍋爐等設(shè)備造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p害。本文結(jié)合某燃?xì)?蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)機(jī)組汽輪機(jī)主汽、調(diào)節(jié)聯(lián)合閥裂紋隱患治理項(xiàng)目對(duì)汽輪機(jī)主汽、調(diào)節(jié)聯(lián)合閥的改造技術(shù)及設(shè)備建造過程的管理進(jìn)行分析研究,提出汽輪機(jī)重要部件監(jiān)造管理實(shí)施的步驟和保障措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the need of air pollution control and the increase of power structure adjustment, natural gas as a clean energy has been paid more and more attention. Natural gas power generation has the characteristics of high efficiency, less pollutant emission, quick start-up / downtime, flexible operation mode and so on. According to the State Council's 12th Five-Year Plan for Energy Development, released on January 1, 2013, the installed capacity of natural gas power generation will double to 5600 kilowatts by 2015, an annual increase of 16.2 kilowatts. It is expected that the installed capacity of natural gas power generation will reach 100 million kilowatts by 2020. Although the natural gas generating units have developed to a certain scale in China, they are affected by the imperfect policies and norms, the disharmony between the supply of gas sources and the layout of the units, and the lack of core technology. The natural gas generator sets in our country are mainly peak-shaving and frequency-modulated, and use the operation mode of open day and night stop. While contributing to the peak regulation and frequency modulation of the power network, the gas generator also increases the equipment maintenance and maintenance costs. The frequent start-up and shutdown not only affect the life of gas turbine components, but also cause serious damage to steam turbine, waste heat boiler and other equipment in the stage of shutdown and cold start-up. In this paper, the modification technology of steam turbine main steam and regulating combined valve and the management of equipment construction process are analyzed and studied in combination with the main steam and regulating combined valve crack control project of a gas-steam combined cycle unit. This paper puts forward the steps and safeguard measures for the supervision and management of the important parts of steam turbine.
