【摘要】：山東電力集團(tuán)公司每年都有大量的信息化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,由于大量不同格式的文檔存放在不同的物理位置或服務(wù)器上,當(dāng)員工、客戶和合作伙伴需要一些資料時(shí),卻發(fā)現(xiàn)很難找到所需的資料。這樣的處理暴露出準(zhǔn)確率低,速度慢,資源浪費(fèi),重復(fù)工作,查詢不便等不足之處,缺乏統(tǒng)一管理的方案和有效的手段,集中管理如此龐雜的文檔非常困難,同時(shí),機(jī)密文件很難得到有效的保護(hù)。這種情況下,建立信息化項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)勢(shì)在必行。系統(tǒng)使用Struts、Hibernate、Spring三個(gè)框架,將實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層(應(yīng)用服務(wù)層)、用戶界面三層架構(gòu)體系。業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層由web service完成,直接操作數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。用戶界面層采用htc技術(shù),同步調(diào)用web service。系統(tǒng)的后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理使用Oracle 10g。信息化項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)分四大部分,第一部分項(xiàng)目管理,主要是實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息項(xiàng)目的管理工作,由集體公司本部及基層單位人員進(jìn)行操作；第二部分為綜合報(bào)表管理,由集體公司本部及基層單位人員進(jìn)行操作；第三部分是檔案管理,檔案管理是對(duì)項(xiàng)目結(jié)題后的各種資料、文檔進(jìn)行歸檔管理,形成項(xiàng)目文檔資料庫(kù)。實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目資料的快速檢索和最大程度地挖掘蘊(yùn)藏在項(xiàng)目文檔中的信息價(jià)值；第四部分為綜合辦公管理,主要實(shí)現(xiàn)通訊錄、通告通知、郵件定期任務(wù)定義等功能。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,功能全面,設(shè)置規(guī)范,界面友好,統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確。系統(tǒng)從應(yīng)用需求出發(fā),綜合考慮了系統(tǒng)的靈活性、實(shí)用性,能夠有效的提升企業(yè)形象,提供各類(lèi)報(bào)表的填報(bào)及匯總統(tǒng)計(jì)功能,大大節(jié)省了填制表報(bào)的時(shí)間,提高工作效率。
[Abstract]:Shandong Electric Power Group Company has a large number of information construction projects every year. Because a large number of documents in different formats are stored in different physical locations or servers, when employees, customers and partners need some information, They find it difficult to find the information they need. Such processing reveals shortcomings such as low accuracy, slow speed, waste of resources, duplication of work, inconvenient query, lack of unified management schemes and effective means, and it is very difficult to centralize the management of such a large and complicated document, at the same time, Confidential documents are hard to protect effectively. In this case, the establishment of information project management system is imperative. The system uses three frameworks of Struts,Hibernate,Spring, which are database layer, business logic layer (application service layer) and user interface. The business logic layer is completed by web service and directly operates the database. The user interface layer adopts htc technology, calling web service. synchronously The background database management of the system uses Oracle 10g. The information project management system is divided into four parts. The first part of the project management is to realize the information project management, by the collective company headquarters and grass-roots unit personnel to operate; The second part is the comprehensive report management, which is operated by the collective company headquarters and the personnel of the basic unit; the third part is the file management, the archives management is all kinds of data after the project is finished, the document carries on the archiving management, forms the project document database. The fourth part is the comprehensive office management, which mainly realizes the functions of address book, notification, and regular task definition. The system runs stably, the function is comprehensive, the setting standard, the interface is friendly, the statistical data is accurate. Considering the flexibility and practicability of the system, the system can effectively improve the image of the enterprise, provide the functions of filling out and collecting statistics of all kinds of report forms, and greatly save the time of filling out the forms and improve the working efficiency.
