平陰縣孝直鎮(zhèn)駐地園林綠化工程項目管理研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in our country, the construction of landscape garden city has been upsurge, and the landscape engineering has been paid more and more attention by the society. It is very important to do well the management of landscaping project and improve the construction quality. Based on this, this paper starts with improving the degree of comprehensive management of landscape engineering, and using the latest scientific management theory knowledge, from the management level as a starting point to start thinking and research on landscape engineering projects. Landscape engineering is the extension and practice of landscape design. Through the rational use of garden construction technology, the project management of garden engineering is regarded as a systematic and complete management object, and scientific planning management is carried out. Therefore, in the whole process of construction management, from two angles of project management requirements and construction technical specifications, combined with the theory of comprehensive management, the present situation of social industry and the development of enterprises themselves, the management of garden engineering project is divided into cost management. The four factors of schedule control, quality assurance and risk management are summarized and analyzed respectively, combined with theoretical research and practical investigation, the management system is refined to realize the "five-in-one" method of garden engineering, so as to serve human life. Regulate natural ecology and promote social development. This paper analyzes and summarizes the case of the resident garden greening project in Xiaozhi Town, Pingyin County, combines the methods and measures in the management of the garden engineering, synthesizes the frame system of "duty, process, system, standard and practice", forms "a position," Two angles, three levels, four elements synchronous, five in one "management method, this research mainly draws the following conclusions: 1, through the national development planning and garden engineering project management theory research, This paper clarifies the position of garden engineering management, and puts forward the construction organization system and quality management requirement of garden engineering management. 2. From the two angles of "project management requirement" and "construction management standard", the author puts forward the construction organization system and quality management requirement of garden engineering management. The four main elements of "cost and risk" are taken as the starting point to clarify the tasks and ways to realize the garden construction management. 3. Combining the three levels of government management, social demand and the enterprise's own development, the paper clarifies the management responsibility and innovates the management process. Accurate interpretation of the management system, improve management standards, promote the promotion and application of management methods.
