ND核電有限公司ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施和應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:3.11 after the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan, the safety and quality of nuclear power have attracted the world's full attention, and the combination of the ERP system and the standard practice of the nuclear power industry can effectively regulate the maintenance, isolation, equipment management and engineering transformation of the nuclear power station, The core processes, such as experience feedback and document management, can fully improve the management level of nuclear power plants, ensure the safe and stable operation of power stations, and further enhance the public's confidence in the safe utilization of nuclear power plants. In this paper, a case study method combining theory with practice is adopted to study the ERP implementation project of ND Nuclear Power Company from the point of view of the business situation and organizational structure of the company and the necessity of the implementation of ERP. Combining with the characteristics of nuclear power industry consulting project and the project management capability benchmark, the author optimizes the selection method of implementing unit and project manager, and scientifically selects the implementing unit and project manager, and improves on the basis of ASAP methodology in project implementation. The project cycle is controlled at 6.5 months, and the project scope, project plan, achievement quality and training effect are effectively controlled and guaranteed by means of plan tracking, communication matrix, transformation management, training "3T" theory and so on. Finally, through the use of depth and data in the system, from the management benefits, economic benefits, social benefits and other aspects of the system application effect analysis, through the analysis of the overall application of the system in the domestic energy industry in the leading position. Through summing up, the beneficial management experience and practice of project management mode, transformation management, basic data collation, communication, training model and control project change are summarized, and the problems of imperfect management are exposed in the process of implementation. Reasonable suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the implementation of ERP in the same type of nuclear power plants.
