【摘要】： 在新的世紀(jì)里，隨著信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展，信息技術(shù)革命所引發(fā)的全球化信息浪潮正在強(qiáng)烈地沖擊世界的每一個(gè)角落，滲透到我們的日常生活和企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)中。尤其是近年來(lái)國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)改變了我們的社會(huì)，改變了很多傳統(tǒng)化的思維方法，企業(yè)面對(duì)的環(huán)境也發(fā)生了根本性的變化。 信息資源作為三大戰(zhàn)略資源之一，其重要性正在與日俱增。而對(duì)目前快速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)，其項(xiàng)目日趨大型化、復(fù)雜化，項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中的信息越來(lái)越多。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量、材料、銷售、物業(yè)和項(xiàng)目決策的有效管理與控制，及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地收集到相關(guān)信息，并科學(xué)地分析項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的動(dòng)態(tài)情況和有待解決的問(wèn)題，我們構(gòu)造一個(gè)房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)(RPMIS)平臺(tái)來(lái)輔助房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理，通過(guò)RPMIS的應(yīng)用，從本質(zhì)上加強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文所要研究的就是建立一個(gè)RPMIS的運(yùn)行平臺(tái)。首先從房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目管理的內(nèi)在邏輯和業(yè)務(wù)流程出發(fā)，對(duì)RPMIS的需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析，總結(jié)目前房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)對(duì)RPMIS的功能需求情況；接著，從調(diào)查結(jié)果入手，結(jié)合房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目管理的基本流程，對(duì)RPMIS的功能設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行探討，并采用UML建模語(yǔ)言對(duì)RPMIS進(jìn)行建模；最后，提出了RPMIS的一般實(shí)施步驟。
[Abstract]:In the new century, with the rapid development of information technology, the global information wave caused by the information technology revolution is strongly impacting every corner of the world, infiltrating into our daily life and the production and management of enterprises. Especially in recent years, the development of the Internet has changed our society, changed a lot of traditional thinking methods, the environment faced by enterprises has also undergone a fundamental change. Information resources as one of the three strategic resources, its importance is increasing. For the rapid development of the modern real estate industry, its projects are becoming larger and more complicated, and more information in the process of project implementation. In order to realize the effective management and control of the progress, cost, quality, material, sales, property and project decision of the real estate project, timely and accurately collect the relevant information, And scientifically analyze the dynamic situation of project implementation and the problems to be solved. We construct a real estate project management information system (RPMIS) platform to assist the project management of real estate enterprises, and through the application of RPMIS, we construct a real estate project management information system (RPMIS). In essence, strengthen the competitive advantage of enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to establish a RPMIS platform. First, from the inherent logic and business process of real estate project management, the demand of RPMIS is investigated and analyzed, and the functional demand of RPMIS in real estate industry is summarized. Then, starting with the investigation results, combined with the basic process of real estate project management, this paper discusses the functional design of RPMIS, and uses UML modeling language to model RPMIS. Finally, the general implementation steps of RPMIS are put forward.
