煤炭行業(yè)改擴(kuò)建過(guò)程中的項(xiàng)目集管理

【摘要】:煤礦行業(yè)改擴(kuò)建是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,能提高礦井綜合機(jī)械化水平和安全生產(chǎn)條件,提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。礦井改擴(kuò)建主要包括立項(xiàng)、設(shè)計(jì)、審批、礦建、土建、設(shè)備安裝、驗(yàn)收、交付使用等多個(gè)交叉進(jìn)行的環(huán)節(jié),通過(guò)改造礦井的提升、運(yùn)輸、通風(fēng)、排水、監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控等系統(tǒng),涉及行政、生產(chǎn)、基建、機(jī)電、監(jiān)理等多方面人員。改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目的統(tǒng)一管理要用到項(xiàng)目集管理的知識(shí)與技能。新疆作為國(guó)家西部重要能源基地的作用日益顯現(xiàn),煤礦大規(guī)模的改擴(kuò)建正在如火如荼進(jìn)行,而煤炭領(lǐng)域是管理相對(duì)粗放的行業(yè),將項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目集管理的相關(guān)知識(shí)運(yùn)用到系統(tǒng)的改擴(kuò)建過(guò)程中,可以提高工作效率和管理水平。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和成果如下:(1)通過(guò)閱讀和分析國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目集管理的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目集管理的優(yōu)勢(shì)和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,結(jié)合煤炭行業(yè)的特殊性,提出了新疆兵團(tuán)白楊河七號(hào)井改擴(kuò)建系統(tǒng)工程中進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目集管理。(2)調(diào)查研究新疆兵團(tuán)煤礦改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目集管理中存在的問(wèn)題和白楊河礦建設(shè)施中存在的問(wèn)題。(3)通過(guò)探討項(xiàng)目集管理在煤炭行業(yè)改擴(kuò)建中的應(yīng)用方式,分析煤礦改擴(kuò)建過(guò)程中的多項(xiàng)目同時(shí)進(jìn)行配置資源的難題。(4)將基于資源約束的項(xiàng)目集計(jì)劃優(yōu)化模型在公司白楊河煤礦改擴(kuò)建過(guò)程中應(yīng)用,并取得了較好的效果。本文通過(guò)結(jié)合自己的工作經(jīng)歷和煤炭行業(yè)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目集管理的需要為出發(fā)點(diǎn),將項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)知識(shí)運(yùn)用到實(shí)踐中去,解決困擾煤炭行業(yè)改擴(kuò)建管理中的多項(xiàng)目同時(shí)進(jìn)行對(duì)資源的需求,達(dá)到最佳的管理效益。
[Abstract]:The reconstruction and extension of coal mine industry is a systematic project, which can improve the level of comprehensive mechanization and safe production conditions of coal mine, and improve the economic benefits of enterprises. The reconstruction and extension of mines mainly includes projects, design, examination and approval, mine construction, civil construction, equipment installation, acceptance and acceptance, delivery and use, and so on. Through the transformation of mine lifting, transportation, ventilation, drainage, monitoring and so on, Involving administration, production, infrastructure, electromechanical, supervision and other personnel. The unified management of reconstruction and extension projects requires the knowledge and skills of project set management. Xinjiang, as an important energy base in the western part of the country, is playing an increasingly important role. The large-scale reconstruction and expansion of coal mines are in full swing, and the coal industry is a relatively extensive management industry. Applying the relevant knowledge of project management and project set management to the process of system reconstruction and extension can improve the working efficiency and management level. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) through reading and analyzing the relevant literature of project set management at home and abroad, summarizing the advantages and development of project set management at home and abroad, combining with the particularity of coal industry, This paper puts forward that the project collection management should be carried out in the reconstruction and extension system engineering of Baiyang River No. 7 well in Xinjiang Bingtuan Coal Mine. (2) the problems existing in the collection management of the reconstruction and extension project of Xinjiang Bingtuan Coal Mine and the problems existing in the construction and facilities of Baiyang River Mine are investigated and studied. (3) by discussing the application of project set management in the reconstruction and extension of coal industry, This paper analyzes the problem of resource allocation in the process of coal mine reconstruction and extension. (4) the optimization model of project set planning based on resource constraint is applied in the process of reconstruction and extension of Baiyanghe Coal Mine, and good results are obtained. This paper applies the relevant knowledge of project management to practice by combining its own work experience and the needs of the coal industry for project management and project collection management. To solve the problems of the coal industry in the reconstruction and extension management of multi-projects simultaneously to carry out the demand for resources to achieve the best management benefits.
