【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展，人們使用紙筆記錄家庭財(cái)務(wù)收支情況的傳統(tǒng)方式以經(jīng)不能滿足信息社會(huì)發(fā)展的需求，開始展現(xiàn)出了一下弊端。傳統(tǒng)方式在財(cái)務(wù)收支信息的長期保存方面比較困難，即使是保存了長期大量的信息，但在信息查詢使用方面也是存在很大問題的，如效率太低、保密性太差。如今，伴隨著家庭收入水平的提高和家庭消費(fèi)和收入的多樣化，家庭財(cái)務(wù)收支所需要管理的信息就越來越多，對查閱、更新、保存方面的性能要求越來越高。 家庭財(cái)務(wù)收支的合理管理，可以促使家庭的發(fā)展，形成一個(gè)和睦的大家庭。家庭在線記賬管理系統(tǒng)能為家庭財(cái)務(wù)收支提供一個(gè)專業(yè)家庭財(cái)務(wù)收支管理的模式，建立和維護(hù)一個(gè)高質(zhì)量的家庭在線記賬管理系統(tǒng)是有必要的。 本文分析了家庭各種消費(fèi)和收入的多樣性，對系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的必要性和可行性進(jìn)行了分析，，根據(jù)軟件工程中軟件開發(fā)的流程和思想，對家庭在線記賬管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)進(jìn)行了需求分析和總體的設(shè)計(jì)，將家庭在線記賬管理系統(tǒng)分為用戶管理、帳戶管理、流水賬薄管理、收支項(xiàng)目管理、債權(quán)債務(wù)管理和理財(cái)日記管理等功能模塊，在需求分析和總體設(shè)計(jì)的前提下，對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)并編程實(shí)現(xiàn)和對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的測試。家庭在線記賬管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)應(yīng)用，提高了家庭財(cái)務(wù)管理的工作效率，降低了家庭成員進(jìn)行賬務(wù)管理的工作量，將傳統(tǒng)的面對紙質(zhì)文件工作模式變?yōu)槊鎸﹄娔X系統(tǒng)的工作方式。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the traditional way that people use paper and pen to record household financial income and expenditure can not meet the needs of the development of information society. The traditional way is more difficult in the long-term preservation of financial income and expenditure information, even if it keeps a large amount of information for a long time, but there are still a lot of problems in the use of information query, such as too low efficiency, too poor confidentiality. Nowadays, with the increase of household income level and the diversification of household consumption and income, more and more information is needed to manage household financial income and expenditure. The reasonable management of family financial income and expenditure can promote the development of family and form a harmonious family. Family online accounting management system can provide a professional family financial income and expenditure management model. It is necessary to establish and maintain a high quality household online accounting management system. This paper analyzes the diversity of household consumption and income, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of system construction, and according to the flow and thought of software development in software engineering, This paper analyzes the requirements and the overall design of the household online accounting management system, and divides the household online accounting management system into user management, account management, bookkeeping management, income and expenditure project management. On the premise of requirement analysis and overall design, the function modules of creditor's rights and debt management and financial journal management are designed and implemented in detail, and the corresponding test of the system is carried out. The development and application of family online bookkeeping management system improves the working efficiency of family financial management, reduces the workload of family members' account management, and transforms the traditional working mode of facing paper files into the working mode of computer system.
