【摘要】：正 目前,項(xiàng)目管理(Project Management,簡稱PM)在國際上十分流行,已經(jīng)普遍應(yīng)用于各行各業(yè),特別在企業(yè)中具有廣泛的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。在西方發(fā)達(dá)國家由于項(xiàng)目管理受到廣泛重視,掌握項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)知識已經(jīng)成為晉升高級管理人員的必要條件,項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)人才(Project managementpro fessional簡稱PMP)供不應(yīng)求,取得項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)學(xué)位已經(jīng)成為繼工商管理碩士學(xué)位之后又一熱點(diǎn)。美國《財(cái)富》雜志也曾預(yù)言項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理將成為二十一世紀(jì)的最佳職業(yè)。在美國,從事項(xiàng)目管理工作的初級人員年薪一般可達(dá)45萬—55萬美金,中級人員一般可達(dá)65—8.5萬美金,高級人員可達(dá)11萬—30萬美金。在中國國內(nèi),由于項(xiàng)目管理在外企及一些效績良好的中資企業(yè)中越來趁受到重視,項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的作用日漸突出,薪金水平也一路飆升,在時(shí)髦職業(yè)排行榜上的排名不斷向前挺進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:At present, project management (Project Management, (PM) is very popular in the world, has been widely used in various industries, especially in enterprises have a wide range of application value. In the western developed countries, because of the extensive attention paid to project management, mastering the professional knowledge of project management has become a necessary condition for the promotion of senior management personnel. The supply of project management professionals (Project managementpro fessional is short of supply. Obtaining a professional degree in project management has become a hot spot after the MBA. Fortune also predicted that project managers would be the best career of the 21 th century. In the United States, junior staff in project management can earn between $450000 and $550000 a year, middle-level staff $65-$ 850,000, and senior staff $110000-$300000. At home, the role of project managers has become increasingly prominent, salary levels have soared as project management has gained prominence among foreign companies and some well-performing Chinese companies, pushing ahead in the ranks of trendy occupations.
