【摘要】：大型復(fù)雜工程項(xiàng)目群管理難度日趨復(fù)雜,傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目組織結(jié)構(gòu)管理層次多、信息回路復(fù)雜等諸多局限已不適用。研究過程引入集成管理思想,在分析項(xiàng)目群利益相關(guān)者的基礎(chǔ)上,探討適應(yīng)如今高速發(fā)展的信息社會(huì)集成項(xiàng)目群團(tuán)隊(duì)與動(dòng)態(tài)聯(lián)盟相結(jié)合的組織結(jié)構(gòu)模式。該組織結(jié)構(gòu)可簡化信息傳遞流程,減少信息傳播時(shí)的失真概率,從而加快決策速度,大幅提高項(xiàng)目管理效率。
[Abstract]:The management of large and complex project groups is becoming more and more difficult, and many limitations such as multi-level management of traditional project organization structure and complex information loop are no longer applicable. On the basis of analyzing the stakeholders of the project group, the research process introduces the idea of integrated management, and discusses the organizational structure model of the integration project group team and the dynamic alliance, which adapts to the rapid development of the information society. The organization structure can simplify the flow of information transmission, reduce the distortion probability of information transmission, accelerate the speed of decision-making and improve the efficiency of project management.
