【摘要】：項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)已逐步形成一整套完整的理論與方法體系。本文從項(xiàng)目管理角度闡述了城網(wǎng)建設(shè)及改造,并分析了城網(wǎng)工程項(xiàng)目管理特點(diǎn)。同時(shí),結(jié)合城網(wǎng)建設(shè)及改造實(shí)踐提出了具體有效的方案措施,對(duì)其項(xiàng)目生命周期的各個(gè)階段、管理組織以及進(jìn)度管理等進(jìn)行了建設(shè)性的探討。
[Abstract]:Project management technology has gradually formed a complete set of theory and method system. This paper expounds the construction and transformation of urban network from the point of view of project management, and analyzes the characteristics of urban network project management. At the same time, combined with the practice of urban network construction and transformation, the concrete and effective measures are put forward, and the various stages, management organization and schedule management of the project life cycle are discussed constructively.
