【摘要】：首先根據(jù)我國建筑業(yè)施工現(xiàn)場的基本情況,參考近海石油企業(yè)安全氛圍測量量表和相關研究,設計了包含7個維度的安全氛圍調(diào)查問卷,并選取東莞市某建筑工地的工人作為被試對象進行了問卷調(diào)研。通過因子分析和信度與效度檢驗驗證了該安全氛圍量表的合理性。最后對該施工現(xiàn)場的安全氛圍現(xiàn)狀進行評價,指出了該項目現(xiàn)場安全文化建設中的不足。研究表明加強安全培訓對安全氛圍的感知具有顯著積極影響,而工人工作年限的積累對安全氛圍的感知具有雙重影響。
[Abstract]:First of all, according to the basic situation of construction site in our country, referring to the scale of safety atmosphere measurement of offshore oil enterprises and related research, the paper designs a questionnaire of safety atmosphere including seven dimensions. And selected a construction site workers in Dongguan as the subject of a questionnaire survey. The rationality of the safety atmosphere scale was verified by factor analysis and reliability and validity test. Finally, the present situation of the safety atmosphere in the construction site is evaluated, and the deficiency in the construction of the site safety culture of the project is pointed out. The research shows that the enhancement of safety training has a significant positive effect on the perception of safety atmosphere, while the accumulation of workers' working life has a double effect on the perception of safety atmosphere.
