【摘要】：近年來,閩西職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院作為百所國家級骨干高職院校之一,教育發(fā)展投入的資金不斷擴(kuò)大,校內(nèi)招標(biāo)采購項目越來越多,工作也越來越重要。目前,閩西職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院招標(biāo)采購管理的工作模式還是基于手工模式,許多工作流程設(shè)置復(fù)雜且不合理,總體工作效率不高。為了更好地做好招標(biāo)采購這項工作,需要對目前的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究和分析,提出進(jìn)一步做好招標(biāo)采購工作的建議和設(shè)計。論文介紹了校內(nèi)招標(biāo)采購管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)存在的問題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了優(yōu)化后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括采購項目管理、供應(yīng)商管理、招標(biāo)管理、合同管理和報賬管理等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實體類關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as one of the 100 national key vocational colleges, Minxi Vocational and Technical College has been investing more and more funds in education development, and more bidding and purchasing projects are in the campus, and the work is becoming more and more important. At present, the work mode of bidding and purchasing management in Minxi Vocational and Technical College is still based on manual mode. Many work processes are complicated and unreasonable, and the overall work efficiency is not high. In order to do the bidding procurement well, it is necessary to study and analyze the present situation, and put forward some suggestions and designs to do the bidding procurement work well. The paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of the campus bidding and purchasing management system, and clarifies the content and main work of the paper. In the business analysis, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, the organization, the original business process, and gives the optimized business process. In the function analysis, the function of the system is defined by use case analysis and use case description, and the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including procurement project management, supplier management, bidding management, etc. Contract management and accounting management sub-package diagram; In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class diagram, and establishes the database table structure. Finally, the research and analysis work is summarized, and the further work is prospected.
