【摘要】：隨著我國國力的不斷增強(qiáng),市場的競爭越發(fā)激烈,建筑業(yè)的地位變得越來越不容忽視,其巨額的投資力度引發(fā)各界關(guān)注。項目的技術(shù)難度逐年增加,并且,設(shè)計理念需要更多的創(chuàng)新,因此,施工項目中潛在的風(fēng)險也越來越多樣化,我們對之管理的難度也不言而喻。而眾所周知,對于風(fēng)險的成功管理對整個項目的管理來說至關(guān)重要。業(yè)內(nèi)人士對于建筑企業(yè)的工程項目風(fēng)險管理一直有著廣泛的關(guān)注和研究,因此對于建筑企業(yè)的風(fēng)險管理信息系統(tǒng)的完善無論在理論方面還是在實踐方面都有著深刻的意義。本文基于內(nèi)部控制與風(fēng)險的管理理論和COBIT模型等理論,以建筑企業(yè)風(fēng)險管理信息系統(tǒng)為研究對象,在明確建筑企業(yè)對風(fēng)險管理信息化的需求和實施基礎(chǔ)的前提下研究了風(fēng)險管理信息系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計、物理設(shè)計、與其他系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系及實施過程,希望通過風(fēng)險管理信息系統(tǒng)的完善實現(xiàn)跟蹤其風(fēng)險因素的趨勢,及時了解風(fēng)險的狀態(tài),以便及時準(zhǔn)確的向施工方等利益相關(guān)者發(fā)出預(yù)警信息,從而可以使企業(yè)管理者及時根據(jù)實際情況采取相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對措施來管控項目相關(guān)風(fēng)險。同時用平衡計分卡和COBIT模型結(jié)合來構(gòu)建風(fēng)險管理信息系統(tǒng)評價指標(biāo)體系,來對風(fēng)險管理信息系統(tǒng)的實施效果進(jìn)行評價。最后結(jié)合案例,呈現(xiàn)將風(fēng)險管理信息系統(tǒng)運用到實踐中,并對其實施效果進(jìn)行評價,來反饋風(fēng)險管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計是否符合建筑企業(yè)的實際應(yīng)用。評價結(jié)果表明風(fēng)險管理信息系統(tǒng)可以使我國的建筑企業(yè)更好的對風(fēng)險進(jìn)行管控,從而可以快速提高企業(yè)的績效和競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of our country's national strength and the fierce competition of the market, the position of the construction industry becomes more and more important, and its huge investment force arouses the attention of all walks of life. The technical difficulty of the project increases year by year, and the design idea needs more innovation. Therefore, the potential risks in the construction project are becoming more and more diversified, and the difficulty of our management is also self-evident. As we all know, the successful management of risk is very important to the management of the whole project. The insiders have paid much attention to the engineering project risk management of the construction enterprise all the time, so it has profound significance for the improvement of the risk management information system of the construction enterprise both in theory and in practice. Based on the theory of internal control and risk management and COBIT model, this paper takes the risk management information system of construction enterprise as the research object. This paper studies the function design, physical design, relationship with other systems and implementation process of risk management information system on the premise of clarifying the requirement and implementation basis of risk management information system in construction enterprises. Hoping to track the trend of risk factors through the improvement of risk management information system, and to understand the state of risk in a timely and accurate manner so as to issue early warning information to stakeholders, such as the construction side, in a timely and accurate manner, Therefore, the enterprise managers can take corresponding measures according to the actual situation to control the project related risks. At the same time, the evaluation index system of risk management information system is constructed by using balanced scorecard and COBIT model to evaluate the effect of risk management information system. Finally combined with a case the risk management information system is applied to practice and the effect of its implementation is evaluated to feedback whether the design of risk management information system accords with the practical application of construction enterprises. The evaluation results show that the risk management information system can make the construction enterprises of our country better manage and control the risk, and thus can improve the performance and competitiveness of the enterprises quickly.
