【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)建筑業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目信息管理逐漸成為了建設(shè)企業(yè)改進(jìn)和加強(qiáng)自身管理水平和服務(wù)能力的重點(diǎn)。因此,如何有效地設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目管理的信息化、電子化、自動(dòng)化、智能化和無(wú)紙化辦公,提高項(xiàng)目管理的效率,已成為一個(gè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。因此,需要設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)以滿足當(dāng)前條件的要求,提高管理水平。本文以此為背景,論述了建筑企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用。論文首先闡述了本課題的來(lái)源與背景,然后對(duì)本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,得出了公司對(duì)于項(xiàng)目管理各項(xiàng)功能的業(yè)務(wù)流程,建立了系統(tǒng)的功能模型,并在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和功能架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)分析。本系統(tǒng)采用現(xiàn)在比較流行的MVC框架進(jìn)行整合開(kāi)發(fā),使用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言為JAVA程序語(yǔ)言。本人(獨(dú)立或參與)完成了如下工作:投標(biāo)管理模塊、項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)管理模塊、材料管理模塊、設(shè)備管理模塊、質(zhì)量管理模塊和安全管理模塊等功能模塊的功能需求分析、非功能性需求分析、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)及功能的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。本文通過(guò)展示系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)后的運(yùn)行界面,使讀者對(duì)于該系統(tǒng)有一個(gè)更加直觀的了解。隨后對(duì)該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。最后對(duì)論文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。該系統(tǒng)目前已應(yīng)用于建筑企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理中,使公司相關(guān)部門能夠及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確掌握項(xiàng)目的動(dòng)態(tài),減少了項(xiàng)目管理的開(kāi)銷,提高了項(xiàng)目管理的效率,為項(xiàng)目的資源調(diào)配和決策提供支持。同時(shí)減輕項(xiàng)目管理部門的工作強(qiáng)度,提高了整個(gè)公司的業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)行效率。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the construction industry in China, the information management of construction projects has gradually become the focus of the construction enterprises to improve and strengthen their own management level and service capacity. Therefore, how to effectively design and develop the project information management system, realize the project management information, electronic, automation, intelligent and paperless office, improve the efficiency of project management, has become a problem to be solved urgently. Therefore, it is necessary to design a project management system to meet the requirements of the current conditions and improve the management level. Based on this background, this paper discusses the design and application of project management system in construction enterprises. Firstly, this paper describes the source and background of this subject, then analyzes the requirements of the system, and then obtains the business process of the project management function of the company, establishes the functional model of the system, and on the basis of the requirement analysis, establishes the function model of the system. Detailed design and analysis are made from system architecture, database and function architecture respectively. The system uses the popular MVC framework for integration development, using database for MySQL database, system development language for JAVA program language. I (independent or participate) completed the following work: bidding management module, project management module, material management module, equipment management module, quality management module and safety management module and other functional modules functional requirements analysis, Non-functional requirements analysis, database design and functional detail design. By showing the running interface of the system, the reader has a more intuitive understanding of the system. Then the system was tested. Finally, the paper is summarized. The system has been applied to the project management of construction enterprises at present, which enables the relevant departments of the company to grasp the project dynamics in a timely and accurate manner, reduces the cost of project management, and improves the efficiency of project management. Support project resource allocation and decision making. At the same time, lighten the work intensity of the project management department, and improve the operation efficiency of the whole company.
