S公司項(xiàng)目管理的改進(jìn)性研究

【摘要】:建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理是指從項(xiàng)目前期階段開(kāi)始經(jīng)過(guò)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施階段到完成項(xiàng)目后評(píng)估,通過(guò)項(xiàng)目選擇和項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)化實(shí)施,使得項(xiàng)目的最終目標(biāo)有效完成的過(guò)程。建筑施工企業(yè)是工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中人力、物力、財(cái)力、技術(shù)、信息各種資源的總匯集者,也是工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程的總策劃者和最終實(shí)現(xiàn)者,承擔(dān)著總組織的責(zé)任,所以建筑施工企業(yè)是建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目各參與方中最重要的一方,建筑施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理是一個(gè)具體工程項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)施的核心。建筑施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理主要特點(diǎn)就是運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理理論對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全方位全過(guò)程系統(tǒng)化、運(yùn)營(yíng)化的主動(dòng)控制、動(dòng)態(tài)控制的組織協(xié)調(diào)控制管理。本文以S公司的項(xiàng)目管理為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)S公司項(xiàng)目管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題和問(wèn)題根源剖析,提出當(dāng)前適合S公司項(xiàng)目管理的系統(tǒng)化方法。通過(guò)前期S公司的項(xiàng)目管理方法與現(xiàn)在S公司的系統(tǒng)化項(xiàng)目管理方法的比較,突出S公司項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)化思維方法的4個(gè)方面的改進(jìn),項(xiàng)目管理信息化、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)把控全程化、組織架構(gòu)再設(shè)計(jì)、項(xiàng)目管理運(yùn)營(yíng)化。結(jié)合實(shí)例通過(guò)S公司M項(xiàng)目的初步改進(jìn)性研究,探索出一條S公司項(xiàng)目管理問(wèn)題初步解決的新路徑,希望能夠增加項(xiàng)目管理的有效性,以提高我國(guó)建筑施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理水平。在本文中通過(guò)重點(diǎn)闡述項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)化概念和項(xiàng)目選擇體系、項(xiàng)目管理后評(píng)估體系的建立,根據(jù)當(dāng)前S公司M項(xiàng)目的管理現(xiàn)狀提出了多項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)官崗位的設(shè)置方案和和諧體利益最大化理論,希望能夠?yàn)榕囵B(yǎng)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的專業(yè)技術(shù)和管理復(fù)合型項(xiàng)目管理隊(duì)伍,為項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)化運(yùn)營(yíng)化理論的落地,為項(xiàng)目管理組織架構(gòu)的重新設(shè)計(jì)提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Construction project management is the process from the early stage of the project to the completion of the project evaluation, through the project selection and systematic implementation, so that the final goal of the project can be completed effectively. The construction enterprise is the aggregate of human, material, financial, technical and information resources in the process of the construction of the project, as well as the overall planner and the ultimate implementer of the construction process of the project, bearing the responsibility of the overall organization. Therefore, the construction enterprise is the most important party in the construction project, and the project management of the construction enterprise is the core of the implementation of a specific project management. The main features of project management in construction enterprises are to systematize the whole process of the project by using the theory of project management, to operate the active control, and to organize and coordinate the management of the dynamic control. This paper takes the project management of S Company as the research object, through the analysis of the present situation, the existing problems and the root causes of the project management of S Company, puts forward the systematization method suitable for the project management of S Company at present. Through the comparison of the project management method of S Company and the systematic project management method of S Company, this paper emphasizes the improvement of the systematic thinking method of project management in S Company, the informatization of project management, the control of risk, the whole process of risk control, and the improvement of the systematic thinking method of project management in S Company. Organizational structure redesign, project management operational. Through the preliminary improvement study of M project in S Company, a new way to solve the project management problem of S Company is explored. It is hoped that the effectiveness of project management can be increased, and the project management level of construction enterprises in China will be improved. In this paper, the concept of systematization of project management, the system of project selection, the establishment of post-evaluation system of project management, According to the current situation of M project management in S Company, this paper puts forward the plan of setting up multi-project operating officer post and the theory of maximizing the benefit of harmonious body, hoping to train the professional technology of sustainable development and manage the compound project management team. It provides a new idea for the redesign of project management organization structure.
