浪潮集團(tuán)多項(xiàng)目管理的人力資源配置研究
[Abstract]:Firstly, with the development of project management theory, the importance of enterprise multi-project management theory and practice is becoming more and more important, which has become an important field of project management research and practice. In order to achieve rapid development, enterprises in the process of operation, not satisfied with the promotion of a single project, but often occur at the same time to implement a number of projects, which is related to different projects in the capital, time, The sharing and contradiction of manpower and other resources. In order to realize the optimal allocation of resources, especially human resources, it is necessary to integrate the resources, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency, which is an urgent problem to be solved. Secondly, through the analysis and summary of the previous research results, the thesis focuses on the multi-project human resource allocation of Tide Group. In the first chapter of the paper, it focuses on the analysis of the relevant research background, purpose and significance of this paper. In the course of the research, the author summarizes and draws lessons from the experience and experience of other multi-project enterprises in human resource allocation. The core content of this paper consists of two parts. Firstly, this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the organizational structure of multi-project human resource allocation. This paper expounds the present situation and problems of the organizational structure of the Tide Group's multi-project human resource optimization allocation, and constructs the organizational structure of the multi-project human resource optimization allocation for the Tide Group. Secondly, aiming at Tide Group as an example, this paper constructs a multi-project human resource allocation model based on genetic algorithm. The allocation of human resources is the independent responsibility of the project management office. Firstly, the role orientation of all kinds of people who will participate in the project is analyzed. For the multi-project, through the establishment of the human resources optimization allocation model in the multi-project, in the model, Use biological genetic algorithm to optimize human resources allocation in each project. On this basis, the allocation of human resources is scientifically and reasonably evaluated. At last, the paper expounds the safeguard measures of Tide Group's multi-project human resource allocation. Thirdly, the research of this paper is applied to the enterprise practice. The research results of this paper provide a good way to solve the problem of human resource allocation in multi-project enterprises, especially for engineering and software enterprises. The organization structure based on project management office and the quantitative analysis based on genetic algorithm are of practical significance to human resources. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide help and advice for enterprises to carry out multi-project management practice.
