【摘要】：本文是一篇筆譯翻譯項目報告,翻譯材料原文為美國資深項目管理專家羅納德B.卡格爾(Ronald B. Cagle)所著的《項目恢復藍圖一項目管理指南》(Blueprint for Project Recovery-A Project Management Guide)一書中的第一章(Getting Started)、第二章(Checking Programmatic Performance)以及第三章(Checking Technical Performance)。該書的主要內(nèi)容是如何在項目出現(xiàn)問題之后進行項目恢復。筆者所譯的三章主要介紹了發(fā)現(xiàn)項目問題的方法。本翻譯項目旨在翻譯西方先進的項目管理類書籍供國內(nèi)項目管理人員參考學習,以促進項目管理在我國的發(fā)展。筆者在翻譯的過程中遇到的主要問題包括以下幾點：項目管理術(shù)語的翻譯、對于圖表的理解和翻譯以及部分長句的翻譯。為達到理想的翻譯效果,筆者運用了閱讀相關(guān)文本和搜索網(wǎng)絡(luò)資料等方法,并主要參考了尤金·A·奈達的功能對等理論。本翻譯報告分為四章。第一章為項目的背景介紹,包括項目的來源、意義及本報告的結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章為原文背景介紹,包括作者簡介和原文的版本、主要內(nèi)容以及分析。第三章為翻譯過程中的質(zhì)量控制,包括翻譯的重難點、翻譯理論和方法的選擇和簡述以及重難點問題的解決,該章是本報告最重要的部分。第四章總結(jié)翻譯過程中的經(jīng)驗和啟發(fā),并指出了翻譯的不足之處。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation project report originally written by Ronald B. "Project recovery Blueprint: a Guide to Project Management," by Cogel (Ronald B. Cagle): chapter I, (Getting Started), chapter 2, (Checking Programmatic Performance), and chapter 3, (Checking Technical Performance)., in the book "Project Management Guide." The main content of the book is how to carry out project recovery after a project problem. The author's three chapters mainly introduce the methods of finding project problems. The purpose of this translation project is to translate advanced western books on project management for reference and study by domestic project managers in order to promote the development of project management in China. The main problems encountered by the author in the process of translation include the translation of project management terms, the understanding and translation of charts and graphs, and the translation of some long sentences. In order to achieve the ideal translation effect, the author applies the methods of reading relevant texts and searching network materials, and mainly refers to Eugene A. Nida's functional equivalence theory. This translation report is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the background of the project, including the source, significance and structure of the report. The second chapter is the background of the original text, including the author's introduction and the version of the original text, the main content and analysis. The third chapter deals with the quality control in the process of translation, including the important difficulties of translation, the choice and brief description of translation theories and methods, and the solution of important and difficult problems. This chapter is the most important part of this report. Chapter four summarizes the experience and inspiration of translation and points out the shortcomings of translation.
