工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度-費(fèi)用優(yōu)化的占線風(fēng)險(xiǎn)補(bǔ)償模型

【摘要】:針對關(guān)鍵活動發(fā)生不確定性延誤的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度-費(fèi)用優(yōu)化問題,從占線策略與競爭分析的角度,設(shè)計(jì)了占線預(yù)趕工策略,給出了策略競爭比,同時(shí)分析了一般趕工策略與離線最優(yōu)策略的關(guān)系,得到了關(guān)于一般策略費(fèi)用與最優(yōu)策略費(fèi)用比值的三條性質(zhì),進(jìn)而證明占線預(yù)趕工策略是最優(yōu)確定性競爭策略.在此基礎(chǔ)上,引入風(fēng)險(xiǎn)補(bǔ)償模型,設(shè)計(jì)了具有不同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)補(bǔ)償策略,使具有不同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好的項(xiàng)目管理人員可以根據(jù)自己的偏好與預(yù)期選擇最優(yōu)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)策略.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of project schedule cost optimization with uncertain delay in key activities, a busy line pre-rush strategy is designed from the point of view of busy strategy and competition analysis, and the competitive ratio of strategy is given. At the same time, the relationship between general rush strategy and off-line optimal strategy is analyzed, and three properties about the ratio of general strategy cost to optimal strategy cost are obtained, and it is proved that busy line pre-rush strategy is the optimal deterministic competition strategy. On this basis, risk compensation model is introduced to design risk compensation strategies with different risk preferences, so that project managers with different risk preferences can choose the best risk strategy according to their preferences and expectations.
