引領(lǐng)與聯(lián)動:區(qū)域農(nóng)村校長培訓(xùn)體系的重構(gòu)與運行策略——以遼寧大連市“十一五”農(nóng)村校長兩級聯(lián)動培訓(xùn)為例

【摘要】:重構(gòu)農(nóng)村校長培訓(xùn)體系是"十一五"期間遼寧大連市為實現(xiàn)區(qū)域教育均衡發(fā)展的重要手段。新型農(nóng)村校長培訓(xùn)體系以市級培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的專業(yè)引領(lǐng)為先導(dǎo),以兩級聯(lián)動為核心,以建立培訓(xùn)者聯(lián)合體和項目管理體系為主要特征,通過"合作式"、"聯(lián)合式"、"打樣式"、"展示型"等多種實施策略,實現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)效益的最大化。在重構(gòu)過程中,新體系與原體制間的矛盾為"十二五"進一步完善兩級聯(lián)動的體制提供了新的突破口。
[Abstract]:Reconstructing the training system of rural principals is an important means to realize the balanced development of regional education in Dalian, Liaoning Province during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. The new rural headmasters training system is guided by the professional guidance of municipal training institutions, with two levels of linkage as the core, and the establishment of trainers' association and project management system as the main characteristics. The training efficiency is maximized through the strategies of "cooperation", "union", "striking style", "demonstration type" and so on. In the process of reconstruction, the contradiction between the new system and the original system provides a new breakthrough for the further improvement of the two-level linkage system in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.
