引領(lǐng)與聯(lián)動(dòng):區(qū)域農(nóng)村校長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)體系的重構(gòu)與運(yùn)行策略——以遼寧大連市“十一五”農(nóng)村校長(zhǎng)兩級(jí)聯(lián)動(dòng)培訓(xùn)為例

【摘要】:重構(gòu)農(nóng)村校長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)體系是"十一五"期間遼寧大連市為實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域教育均衡發(fā)展的重要手段。新型農(nóng)村校長(zhǎng)培訓(xùn)體系以市級(jí)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的專(zhuān)業(yè)引領(lǐng)為先導(dǎo),以兩級(jí)聯(lián)動(dòng)為核心,以建立培訓(xùn)者聯(lián)合體和項(xiàng)目管理體系為主要特征,通過(guò)"合作式"、"聯(lián)合式"、"打樣式"、"展示型"等多種實(shí)施策略,實(shí)現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)效益的最大化。在重構(gòu)過(guò)程中,新體系與原體制間的矛盾為"十二五"進(jìn)一步完善兩級(jí)聯(lián)動(dòng)的體制提供了新的突破口。
[Abstract]:Reconstructing the training system of rural principals is an important means to realize the balanced development of regional education in Dalian, Liaoning Province during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. The new rural headmasters training system is guided by the professional guidance of municipal training institutions, with two levels of linkage as the core, and the establishment of trainers' association and project management system as the main characteristics. The training efficiency is maximized through the strategies of "cooperation", "union", "striking style", "demonstration type" and so on. In the process of reconstruction, the contradiction between the new system and the original system provides a new breakthrough for the further improvement of the two-level linkage system in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.
