【摘要】：隨著科研能力和技術(shù)水平的提高,高校自制儀器設(shè)備比重迅速增長(zhǎng),由此引發(fā)的設(shè)備管理問(wèn)題日益突出。以我校近年來(lái)自制儀器設(shè)備管理為例,分析了研制論證、技術(shù)含量、成本核算、成果推廣等方面存在的諸多問(wèn)題,結(jié)合高校實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)改革以及實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際,提出強(qiáng)化自制儀器設(shè)備管理的思路和策略。通過(guò)引入項(xiàng)目管理模式,建立科學(xué)的管理體系,加大政策和資金的支持力度,實(shí)現(xiàn)自制儀器設(shè)備從論證、立項(xiàng)到驗(yàn)收、入固再到使用、報(bào)廢的全過(guò)程管理,同時(shí)建立績(jī)效機(jī)制,注重成果推廣,最大程度地發(fā)揮自制儀器設(shè)備效益,激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)教師和學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力,從而不斷提升實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)水平。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of scientific research ability and technical level, the proportion of home-made instruments and equipments in colleges and universities is increasing rapidly, and the problems of equipment management are becoming more and more prominent. Taking the management of self-made instruments and equipments in our university in recent years as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the aspects of research and demonstration, technical content, cost accounting, achievement popularization and so on, and combines with the practice of experimental teaching reform and laboratory construction and development in colleges and universities. The ideas and strategies of strengthening the management of self-made instruments and equipments are put forward. By introducing the project management model, establishing a scientific management system, increasing the support of policies and funds, and realizing the whole process management of self-made instruments and equipment from demonstration, project establishment to acceptance, entry to use, scrapping, and at the same time establishing the performance mechanism. We should pay attention to the popularization of results, maximize the benefit of self-made instruments and equipment, stimulate and cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability of the experimental teachers and students, so as to improve the level of experimental teaching.
