【摘要】：正 1 前言電子政務(wù)建設(shè)中涉及到宏觀規(guī)劃、財(cái)政預(yù)算、項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)、政府采購(gòu)等諸多智能決策支持問(wèn)題,這些決策問(wèn)題都帶有若干制約條件,比背包問(wèn)題要復(fù)雜得多,但其最終目的都是要尋求一種好的方案,以較少的投資產(chǎn)生最大的效益。本文以政府決策中的科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)決策為例,探討這類(lèi)問(wèn)題的一種可行的實(shí)用解決方案。
[Abstract]:The construction of foreword E-government involves many intelligent decision support problems, such as macro planning, financial budget, project establishment, government procurement and so on. These decision-making problems have some constraints and are much more complex than the backpack problem. But the ultimate goal is to seek a good solution, with less investment to maximize the benefits. In this paper, a feasible and practical solution to this kind of problem is discussed by taking the decision making of scientific and technological planning project in government decision-making as an example.
