【摘要】：本報(bào)告是基于譯者翻譯民事判決書(shū)的實(shí)踐寫(xiě)作而成的。該判決書(shū)是廣州市中級(jí)人民法院對(duì)從化市人民政府,從化市人民政府辦公室與中國(guó)銀行(香港)有限公司擔(dān)保合同糾紛一案作出的一審判決。翻譯過(guò)程中,譯者發(fā)現(xiàn)文中有大量法律和金融專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ),且長(zhǎng)句多,此外判決書(shū)中還包含一些專(zhuān)業(yè)法律和金融知識(shí),這對(duì)譯者的知識(shí)貯備和翻譯水平提出了很大的挑戰(zhàn)。譯者通過(guò)查找專(zhuān)業(yè)書(shū)籍、法律詞典、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和其他互聯(lián)網(wǎng)資源,并在指導(dǎo)老師的幫助下克服了這些挑戰(zhàn)。本報(bào)告分為四大部分,分別是翻譯任務(wù)綜述、過(guò)程描述、案例分析、總結(jié)。在第一章節(jié),譯者交代了翻譯任務(wù)的背景,對(duì)文本進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地分析,同時(shí)也根據(jù)文本特點(diǎn)提出了相應(yīng)的翻譯方法。第二章節(jié)主要包括譯前準(zhǔn)備、任務(wù)安排和譯文審校。第三章節(jié)重點(diǎn)對(duì)翻譯過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行案例分析。案例分析分為兩個(gè)部分,第一部分中譯者從詞匯層面來(lái)討論選取合適的詞匯;第二部分中譯者從句子的層面分析如何拆解重組長(zhǎng)難句和固定句式的翻譯方法。第四章節(jié)是譯者對(duì)整個(gè)翻譯任務(wù)的回顧和總結(jié)。譯者希望這篇翻譯報(bào)告對(duì)判決書(shū)翻譯項(xiàng)目管理有借鑒作用,同時(shí)能促進(jìn)法律翻譯的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This report is based on the translator's practice of translating civil judgments. The judgment was made by the Guangzhou Intermediate people's Court in the first instance in the case of a dispute between the people's Government of Conghua City and the Office of the people's Government of Conghua City and the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. In the process of translation, the translator finds that there are a large number of legal and financial terms in the text, and there are many long sentences. In addition, the judgment also contains some professional legal and financial knowledge, which poses a great challenge to the translator's knowledge storage and translation level. Translators overcome these challenges by finding professional books, legal dictionaries, databases, and other Internet resources, with the help of mentors. This report is divided into four parts: translation task review, process description, case analysis and summary. In the first chapter, the translator explains the background of the translation task, analyzes the text in detail, and puts forward corresponding translation methods according to the characteristics of the text. The second chapter mainly includes pre-translation preparation, task arrangement and translation reviser. The third chapter focuses on the translation of the problems encountered in the case study. The case study is divided into two parts. In the first part, the translator discusses how to select the appropriate vocabulary from the lexical level; in the second part, the translator analyzes how to break down the long difficult sentences and the translation methods of the fixed sentence from the sentence level. The fourth chapter is the translator's review and summary of the whole translation task. The translator hopes that this translation report can serve as a reference for the project management of judgement translation and promote the development of legal translation.
