LN公內(nèi)部信息處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the further development of communication technology and information technology, the construction of enterprise informatization is also speeding up. The OA system purchased by the company has been unable to meet the needs of the business development of the company, and according to the business needs of the LN company, Requiring OA manufacturers to do custom development also costs a lot of money and a part of the service charge each year. Therefore, the development and design of an internal information processing system that meets the needs of the company's business development has become an urgent need. It is decided that some project developers will be assigned by the company's R & D center to develop an information processing system that meets the needs of the company's business development. The topic selected in this paper is to rely on the actual situation of LN Company, through field investigation, to analyze the needs of users in various departments of LN Company, and make use of the development platform "Red platform", which is developed by the R & D Center of LN Company, as the foundation. Develop a set of internal information processing system suitable for the information construction of our company. The system has six function modules, which are human resource management, log management, marketing management, project contract management, integrated management and daily operation management. The application of the system will improve the internal information management level of the company, optimize the allocation of internal and even external resources of various departments, and improve the efficiency of utilization. First, we introduce the background and needs of the research and development of internal information processing system, and then explain the domestic and foreign usage and application status of the system. Through the research on the above aspects, we explain what problems need to be solved this time. Then the value and significance of developing this system are introduced and defined. Then according to the internal information processing system use and the construction demand present situation carries on the field investigation, carries on the request to obtain the work, then unifies the demand obtains the content to carry on the detailed decomposition user demand point, clear system to realize the module function, Flow chart and requirement case diagram (UML- Unified Modeling language) are used in the process of requirement investigation and requirement development. After obtaining the requirement of internal information processing system, the software and hardware architecture of internal information processing system is designed, and then the architecture design and function structure of internal information processing system are analyzed. The principles of design and analysis mainly consider the ease of use, security, performance and expansibility of the internal information processing system in the functional structure design. At the same time, the functions of each part of the system are discussed and introduced by class diagram. Then the whole structure of the internal information processing system is displayed, and the realization of each management module of the system is briefly explained, and the implementation of the project contract management module is designed in detail. In this part, we explain three sub-modules, namely, project management sub-module, contract management sub-module, payback notification sub-module. Then, the test of the system is simply analyzed, and the testing process of the internal information processing system is explained, especially the performance testing part, including the environment construction and the testing process. The result analysis is described in detail. Finally, the application of internal information processing system is briefly summarized, and suggestions for further improvement of the system are put forward. To sum up, the paper designs and implements the internal information processing system on the basis of the analysis of the business requirements of the establishment of the system, and on the basis of the idea of information construction and management within the enterprise.
