中國醫(yī)大體檢信息化項目啟動階段問題研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the awareness of health care and disease prevention is increasing with the improvement of people's living standard and the progress of society. Therefore, the first affiliated Hospital of China Medical University (hereinafter referred to as the first Hospital of Medical University) set up a health examination center in 2006 to meet the increasing population of social health examination. Since its establishment ten years ago, with its excellent service and powerful professional and technical resources of general hospital, the medical examination center of the first Hospital of Medical University has developed rapidly and the amount of medical examination has been increasing year by year. The rapid growth of the medical examination business makes the original management system of the health examination center of the first Hospital of Medical University unbearable, and the relative backwardness of the original management mode of the traditional health examination center seriously restricts the growth of the medical examination business. Therefore, if the health examination center of the first Hospital of Medical University wants to obtain sustainable development, it must establish a fast, efficient, accurate information system based on hospital HIS system, digital medical examination information system. At the same time, the traditional management mode of medical examination center should be changed, and the management of medical examination should be reformed. Moreover, it is also of great practical significance to apply digitization and information technology in the process of health examination. This paper describes the present situation and problems of the planning control and management of the information construction and management project in the medical examination center of the first Hospital of Medical University. By examining the current management mode and workflow of the health examination center, we can see that there are five problems in the traditional medical examination center management mode. For example: the manual writing work efficiency is low; the physical examination process is not standard; the feedback report of the medical examination results is slow; the development of the physical examination center work is restricted by the low manual management efficiency. The analysis of the initial stage of the information construction project of the health examination center includes three aspects: initiating the project, setting up the project organization and drawing up the project plan. In this paper, the design idea of the information construction project of the health examination center, the function design of the health examination center and the project budget of the health examination center are described in detail. At the end of the paper, the basic guarantee measures of project implementation are discussed: organization guarantee, system guarantee and personnel guarantee. After the construction of information technology, the management system of the health examination center of the first Hospital of Medical University not only makes the operation of the medical examination staff easier and more efficient, but also gives play to the advantages of efficient management and makes the medical examination process more organized. Smooth and easy to manage. It breaks through the bottleneck of the development of the medical examination business, changes the traditional management mode of the medical examination center, and establishes the management system of digitization and information. It has been recognized by the society and obtained good economic benefits, which provides a reference and reference for it to become a regional medical and health center.
