珠江數(shù)碼集團工程項目管理系統(tǒng)的研究與分析

【摘要】:工程項目管理是一個復雜的系統(tǒng)工程,涉及工程進度、施工質量、圖紙文檔、領退補材料、驗收與結算移交等多方面的工作,使溝通和協(xié)調的工作困難;诩堎|文檔的傳統(tǒng)管理方法,或業(yè)務流程尚未完全打通的半自動化管理系統(tǒng),已經無法提高工程項目管理的質量和效率。 隨著信息技術的發(fā)展,本文介紹了利用計算機網絡系統(tǒng),提高信息溝通和數(shù)據采集的效率。同時,闡述了通過梳理工程項目管理過程的業(yè)務流程,打通工程項目各環(huán)節(jié)壁壘,使工程建設工作更高效、更規(guī)范,降低工程成本,提高工程質量。本文采用軟件工程的原理和方法,對工程項目管理系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析。在業(yè)務分析中,本文對工程項目管理過程中存在的問題、原有業(yè)務流程等進行了分析,給出了改造后的業(yè)務流程。在功能分析中,本文通過角色分析、用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,包括立項生成工程功能、工程建設功能等11項功能;同時,本文也給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括立項生成工程功能包圖、工程建設功能包圖等11項子功能包圖。在數(shù)據分析中,本文對系統(tǒng)各項功能所需要處理的數(shù)據進行了分析,同時,本文也給出了系統(tǒng)的實體類關系圖,建立了數(shù)據庫表結構。 根據廣電系統(tǒng)的特點,結合國內外現(xiàn)有的工程項目管理軟件系統(tǒng)的成果,本文探討并設計了符合珠江數(shù)碼集團工程建設業(yè)務流程的工程項目管理系統(tǒng)。但本系統(tǒng)仍存在部分問題需要今后不斷完善,比如:系統(tǒng)功能模塊化、可配置化,Web應用程序緩存技術,增加與周邊系統(tǒng)的關聯(lián)性,移動辦公功能等。
[Abstract]:Engineering project management is a complex system engineering, involving the progress of the project, construction quality, drawings and documents, reclaim materials, acceptance and settlement transfer and other aspects of the work, communication and coordination difficult. The traditional management method based on paper documents, or the semi-automatic management system, which has not been completely connected with the business process, can no longer improve the quality and efficiency of project management. With the development of information technology, this paper introduces how to use computer network system to improve the efficiency of information communication and data acquisition. At the same time, through combing the business process of the project management process, the author discusses how to break through every link barrier of the engineering project, make the engineering construction work more efficient, more standardized, reduce the project cost and improve the engineering quality. In this paper, the principle and method of software engineering are used to analyze the requirement of project management system. In the course of business analysis, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of engineering project management, the original business process and so on, and gives the business process after transformation. Through role analysis, use case analysis and use case description, this paper clarifies the functions of the system, including project creation function, project construction function and so on. In this paper, the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are also given, including 11 sub-function package diagrams, such as the project function package diagram, the engineering construction function package diagram and so on. In the process of data analysis, this paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system. At the same time, this paper also gives the entity class relation diagram of the system, and establishes the database table structure. According to the characteristics of radio and television system and the achievements of the existing engineering project management software system at home and abroad, this paper discusses and designs a project management system that accords with the business process of Zhujiang Digital Group engineering construction. However, some problems still need to be improved in the future, such as modularization of system functions, configurable Web application caching technology, increasing the correlation with peripheral systems, mobile office functions and so on.
