V項(xiàng)目管理溝通研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)過(guò)近三十年的實(shí)踐,工程項(xiàng)目管理體制在我國(guó)取得了顯著的發(fā)展,而項(xiàng)目溝通管理作為項(xiàng)目管理中的一個(gè)研究領(lǐng)域也已有幾十年的研究發(fā)展,但是在項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐中仍然存在著目標(biāo)缺乏系統(tǒng)性、設(shè)計(jì)變更頻繁和信息化水平較低等問(wèn)題,信息溝通已經(jīng)成為影響工程項(xiàng)目成功與否的關(guān)鍵因素。特別在中小型項(xiàng)目中,項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理大多為技術(shù)背景,具備的管理知識(shí)只是獨(dú)立而無(wú)序的手段,難以系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用,由于溝通不當(dāng)引起的問(wèn)題常常影響到整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的成本、質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度,從而影響項(xiàng)目最終成功。Z公司是具有代表性的中小型工程公司,本文即切入Z公司,以其工程項(xiàng)目V項(xiàng)目為例,側(cè)重研究其項(xiàng)目溝通管理過(guò)程的狀況,并基于項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目溝通管理等相關(guān)理論,深入分析了項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中溝通管理存在的問(wèn)題,找出解決方法和應(yīng)對(duì)措施。通過(guò)本文的研究,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目的溝通管理起到一定的借鑒作用,為同類項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行提供理論指導(dǎo)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:After nearly 30 years of practice, the engineering project management system has made remarkable progress in China, and project communication management as a research field in project management has been developed for several decades. However, there are still some problems in the project practice, such as lack of systematic goal, frequent design changes and low level of information. Information communication has become a key factor affecting the success of the project. Especially in small and medium-sized projects, the project manager is mostly technical background, the management knowledge is only independent and disorderly means, it is difficult to apply systematically. The problems caused by improper communication often affect the cost, quality and progress of the whole project. Therefore, Company Z is a representative small and medium-sized engineering company. This paper takes Project V as an example, focuses on the status of project communication management process, and based on project management. Based on the theory of project communication management, the problems of communication management in the process of project management are analyzed, and the solutions and countermeasures are found. Through the research of this paper, it can be used for reference to the communication management of engineering projects, and provide theoretical guidance and experience for the smooth progress of similar projects.
