PDCFA循環(huán)在RF研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:The unprecedented intensity of competition in today's market has shocked many enterprises, especially in the field of electronic high technology. Not only are product life cycles short, profits thin, costs high, R & D is difficult, and technology upgrading is fast. But also to face the industry with a strong and a large number of competitors. The harsh living environment has left many once-brilliant companies facing the fate of bankruptcy, bankruptcy and acquisition, such as Motorola, Nokia NEC, Sanyo and so on. The surviving companies, in order to enhance their competitiveness, raised the level of R & D project management to the strategic level of the enterprise in order to improve the success rate, efficiency, performance and product quality of the R & D project. Process control (such as: Plan-Do-Check-Action) is introduced into the process of R & D project management. Based on the literature research and project R & D management experience, this paper takes the RF (Radio Frequency) communication module R & D project of XX Company as an example to study the application of process control theory in project management. The contents and results of the research work are as follows: summarizing the past R & D project management and compiling the records and documents of the past work process to obtain the detailed management process and other basic information. The concept of R & D project management, R & D project performance and quality based on PDCFA (Plan-Do-Check-Feedback-Action) process control is described. Process control theory and feedback control theory are used to analyze the impact of R & D project management based on process control on R & D project performance and its internal mechanism. The main innovation of this paper is to construct the concepts of R & D project management, R D project performance and R D product quality based on PDCFA process control. The impact of R & D project management based on PDCFA process control on R D project performance and R D product quality is clarified. The key factors of R & D project management based on PDCFA process control and their internal mechanism for project performance and quality are clarified. Taking the RF communication module R & D project of XX Company as an example, the effective thinking of R & D project management based on PDCFA process control is given.
