【摘要】：本文提出了信息技術(shù)項(xiàng)目研發(fā)管理中應(yīng)把握的前期論證、中期評估和項(xiàng)目后評估三個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié) ,對每個環(huán)節(jié)的概念、主要內(nèi)容、作用、意義及運(yùn)作方法給出了具體描述。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward three key links in the management of information technology project research and development, namely, pre-demonstration, mid-term evaluation and post-project evaluation. The concept, main content, function, significance and operation method of each link are described in detail.
