【摘要】：隨著電子信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,信息化已經(jīng)成為各個(gè)行業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢,引入管理信息系統(tǒng)可以有效的進(jìn)行資源整合、降低成本、提高生產(chǎn)效率、促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展。對于不同行業(yè),其信息管理軟件開發(fā)方法不盡相同,一般說來,混凝土行業(yè)的企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)是根據(jù)各企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行定制開發(fā)的。而溝通管理對于DIY的IT項(xiàng)目管理過程就更加舉足輕重,在項(xiàng)目開發(fā)與實(shí)施過程中如果缺乏細(xì)致有效的溝通,輕則導(dǎo)致人力、物力等成本的加大,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的延長,系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用與實(shí)際工作脫節(jié)的等問題,重則會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響整個(gè)管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,甚至導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目的失敗。本文將以HS公司管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目溝通管理為例,依據(jù)項(xiàng)目溝通管理流程,從識(shí)別項(xiàng)目干系人、制定溝通管理計(jì)劃、溝通管理報(bào)告績效分析等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),對項(xiàng)目干系人之間的溝通關(guān)系,各階段中的溝通要素進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)也針對項(xiàng)目溝通管理中存在的人員溝通、組織溝通的問題進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目溝通管理相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究,最后提出對此信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目溝通管理的對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic information technology, information technology has become an inevitable trend of the development of various industries. The introduction of management information systems can effectively integrate resources, reduce costs, improve production efficiency, and promote the development of enterprises. For different industries, the development methods of information management software are different. Generally speaking, the enterprise management information system of concrete industry is custom-made according to the actual situation of each enterprise. Communication management is more important to the IT project management process of DIY. If there is no detailed and effective communication in the process of project development and implementation, it will lead to the increase of human, material and other costs, and the extension of project progress. The disconnection between the application of the system and the actual work will seriously affect the implementation of the whole management information system construction project and even lead to the failure of the project. This article will take the HS company management information system construction project communication management as an example, according to the project communication management process, from the identification of project stakeholders, the formulation of communication management plan, communication management report performance analysis and other links, The communication relationship between the project stakeholders and the elements of communication in each stage are analyzed. At the same time, the problems of personnel communication and organizational communication in project communication management are analyzed, and the related theories of project communication management are studied. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of the communication management of the information system construction project.
