【摘要】：為實現(xiàn)鄭州鐵路局更新改造計劃信息化管理和項目管理數(shù)據(jù)的實時共享,基于鐵路局更新改造計劃管理工作的實際需要,提出更新改造計劃管理信息系統(tǒng)設計目標和原則,研究系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設計和功能設計方案,并采用B/S架構(gòu)、JAVAEE技術對系統(tǒng)進行設計和研發(fā),建立集計劃編制與發(fā)布、計劃管理與投資控制、基礎數(shù)據(jù)存儲分析、系統(tǒng)管理維護等功能為一體的更新改造計劃管理信息系統(tǒng)。實踐表明,鄭州鐵路局更新改造計劃管理信息系統(tǒng)提高了計劃管理和項目管理數(shù)據(jù)的準確性、時效性和完整性,提升了計劃管理水平和工作效率。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the real-time sharing of information management and project management data of Zhengzhou Railway Administration's renewal and transformation plan, based on the actual needs of the management of the renewal and transformation plan of Zhengzhou Railway Administration, this paper puts forward the design goals and principles of the management information system of the renewal and transformation plan, studies the system architecture design and the function design scheme, and adopts B/S architecture and JAVAEE technology. The system is designed and developed, and a renewal plan management information system is established, which integrates the functions of plan compilation and release, plan management and investment control, basic data storage and analysis, system management and maintenance. Accuracy, timeliness and integrity enhance the level of planning management and efficiency.
