【摘要】：如今社會(huì)是一個(gè)高度信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的社會(huì),越來(lái)越多的系統(tǒng)依賴于軟件,社會(huì)的正常運(yùn)行依賴于軟件的正常運(yùn)行,而軟件的不正常運(yùn)行可能會(huì)給信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化社會(huì)帶來(lái)災(zāi)難性的影響。質(zhì)量差的軟件存在較大的潛在危害,并且隨時(shí)都有可能出故障,會(huì)引起嚴(yán)重危害;而且軟件產(chǎn)品往往需要后期維護(hù),而一個(gè)軟件產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量過(guò)低或者不符合要求,勢(shì)必引起高額的后期維護(hù)成本。另外,一個(gè)系統(tǒng)對(duì)軟件運(yùn)行的重要程度和一個(gè)軟件對(duì)于這個(gè)系統(tǒng)的重要程度將直接影響著軟件質(zhì)量造成的后果嚴(yán)重性,該軟件所處的地位重要程度越高,其質(zhì)量問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的不良影響就會(huì)越大。所以,軟件質(zhì)量管理是軟件項(xiàng)目管理中必須重視的一部分,我們不僅要知道"質(zhì)量"的重要性,更應(yīng)該正確對(duì)待質(zhì)量的"代價(jià)"。要先形成軟件質(zhì)量管理的思想、再形成一套質(zhì)量管理體系、再根據(jù)質(zhì)量體系構(gòu)建質(zhì)量管理組織、再根據(jù)質(zhì)量體系執(zhí)行質(zhì)量管理、質(zhì)量保證、質(zhì)量控制措施等等。在此背景下,本文基于項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的思想,結(jié)合軟件項(xiàng)目的特殊性,針對(duì)SKS軟件系統(tǒng)升級(jí)項(xiàng)目面臨的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題現(xiàn)狀,基于軟件全壽命周期的質(zhì)量管理思想和CMMI軟件能力成熟度集成模型對(duì)SKS軟件升級(jí)項(xiàng)目展開(kāi)了全面系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量管理研究。本文第一步首先敘述了軟件項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的研究背景、研究意義以及本文的主要研究路線;第二步對(duì)軟件項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的有關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述,包括何為軟件、軟件項(xiàng)目的特殊性、軟件質(zhì)量的重要性、軟件質(zhì)量管理的步驟等等,以及簡(jiǎn)要介紹了 CMMI模型和基于CMMI模型的軟件質(zhì)量管理研究;第三步,集合SKS軟件升級(jí)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),詳細(xì)分析了 SKS軟件項(xiàng)目存在的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題以及可能影響質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的因素,明確各影響因素的權(quán)重值,并對(duì)相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性分析;第四步,建立了基于本SKS軟件項(xiàng)目的CMMI質(zhì)量管理模型,通過(guò)制定的需求管理、配置管理、過(guò)程和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證以及質(zhì)量控制措施對(duì)SKS軟件項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理;最后,根據(jù)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查結(jié)構(gòu)表面,構(gòu)建的CMMI質(zhì)量管理模型是有效的,并且采取的質(zhì)量管理和控制措施成功地降低了軟件研發(fā)中缺陷率,提高了軟件質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, society is a highly information-based and networked society. More and more systems depend on software, and the normal operation of society depends on the normal operation of software. The abnormal operation of software may bring disastrous influence to the information network society. Software with poor quality has great potential harm and may break down at any time, which can cause serious harm. Moreover, software products often need later maintenance, and the quality of a software product is too low or does not meet the requirements. It is bound to lead to high late maintenance costs. In addition, the importance of a system to the operation of the software and the importance of a software to the system will directly affect the severity of the consequences caused by the quality of the software, and the higher the importance of the software, the higher the importance of the software. The negative impact of its quality problems will be greater. Therefore, software quality management is a part of software project management. We should not only know the importance of "quality", but also treat the "cost" of quality correctly. The thought of software quality management should be formed first, then a set of quality management system should be formed, then quality management organization should be constructed according to quality system, and then quality management, quality assurance and quality control measures should be carried out according to quality system. Under this background, based on the thought of project quality management and the particularity of software project, this paper aims at the quality problems faced by SKS software system upgrade project. Based on the concept of software life cycle quality management and the CMMI software capability maturity integration model, a comprehensive and systematic study on the quality management of the SKS software upgrade project is carried out. The first step of this paper is to describe the research background, significance and main research route of software project quality management, the second step is to summarize the theory of software project quality management, including what is software, The particularity of software project, the importance of software quality, the steps of software quality management and so on, and the research of CMMI model and software quality management based on CMMI model are briefly introduced. The quality problems of SKS software project and the factors that may affect the quality problem are analyzed in detail, the weight of each influencing factor is defined, and the relevant influencing factors are analyzed pertinently. The CMMI quality management model based on the SKS software project is established. The quality management of the SKS software project is carried out through the established requirements management, configuration management, process and product quality assurance and quality control measures. According to the surface of the questionnaire structure, the CMMI quality management model is effective, and the quality management and control measures taken successfully reduce the defect rate in software development and improve the software quality.
