【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，科技型中小企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為長春市轉(zhuǎn)換經(jīng)濟增長模式的重要環(huán)節(jié)。利用風(fēng)險投資解決科技型中小企業(yè)在初創(chuàng)期和成長期的融資和規(guī)劃問題，可以促使科技型中小企業(yè)得到迅速的發(fā)展；因此，科學(xué)準(zhǔn)確地分析長春市科技型中小企業(yè)利用風(fēng)險投資中存在的現(xiàn)實問題，設(shè)計完整可行的改進措施以提高長春市科技型中小企業(yè)企業(yè)對風(fēng)險投資的利用率，，一直是政府管理者和相關(guān)行業(yè)人士都十分關(guān)注的方面。 基于此，本文以風(fēng)險投資相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ)，分析研究長春市科技型中小企業(yè)在利用風(fēng)險投資過程中，以及本地區(qū)風(fēng)險投資企業(yè)在發(fā)展中存在的問題。運用管理學(xué)和統(tǒng)計學(xué)相關(guān)理論和方法，以數(shù)據(jù)和案例為證，對長春市科技型中小企業(yè)利用風(fēng)險投資產(chǎn)生問題的共性和特性原因進行了細致、準(zhǔn)確的分析。結(jié)合項目管理和財務(wù)管理的理論，以及相關(guān)數(shù)學(xué)模型，設(shè)計了長春市科技型中小企業(yè)有效利用風(fēng)險投資的改進措施。改進措施針對科技型中小企業(yè)利用風(fēng)險投資的不同階段，詳盡、明確地設(shè)計了切實可行的操作方法和策略。本課題研究將大大提高風(fēng)險投資的利用率，不但可以推動長春市科技型中小企業(yè)與風(fēng)險投資的共同發(fā)展，同時對國內(nèi)類似地區(qū)也能起到借鑒參考作用。 最后，結(jié)合風(fēng)險投資理論和案例說明，風(fēng)險投資利用率提高后，對促進長春市科技型中小企業(yè)發(fā)展以及為長春市帶來的相關(guān)社會、經(jīng)濟效益作出了合理的效果預(yù)測，以證明改進措施的實用性與有效性。 本文的研究對于促進長春市以及同類地區(qū)的科技型中小企業(yè)和風(fēng)險投資發(fā)展具有重要的理論與實踐作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, scientific and technological SMEs have become an important link in the transformation of economic growth model in Changchun. The use of venture capital to solve the financing and planning problems of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises in the initial and growing stages can promote the rapid development of technology-based SMEs; therefore, This paper scientifically and accurately analyzes the practical problems existing in the utilization of venture capital by science and technology SMEs in Changchun, and designs complete and feasible improvement measures to improve the utilization rate of venture capital in Changchun science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises. All along is the government administrator and the related profession personage are very concerned about the aspect. Based on the theory of venture capital, this paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the process of utilizing venture capital and the development of local venture capital enterprises in Changchun. Based on the theories and methods of management and statistics, this paper makes a detailed and accurate analysis of the generality and characteristics of the problems arising from the use of venture capital by scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises in Changchun. Combined with the theory of project management and financial management, and the related mathematical models, this paper designs the improvement measures for the effective use of venture capital by scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises in Changchun. According to the different stages of using venture capital, the improvement measures have designed the feasible operation method and strategy in detail. This research will greatly improve the utilization rate of venture capital, not only can promote the common development of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises and venture capital in Changchun, but also can play a reference role to similar areas in China. Finally, combined with the theory of venture capital and the case study, after the increase of the utilization rate of venture capital, it makes a reasonable effect forecast to promote the development of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises in Changchun and the related social and economic benefits brought to Changchun. To prove the practicability and effectiveness of the improvement measures. The research in this paper plays an important theoretical and practical role in promoting the development of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises and venture capital in Changchun and other similar areas.
