院級科研管理信息系統(tǒng)分析與設計

【摘要】:近年來,隨著高校管理水平的不斷發(fā)展,對科研信息進行系統(tǒng)管理的需求也日益提高。目前大部分高校都有自己的校級科研管理平臺,但到學院級別,基本沒有信息系統(tǒng)進行支持,只能以人工的方式收集、整理、組合數(shù)據(jù),來完成紛繁雜多的查詢統(tǒng)計。面對日益繁雜、令出多門的實時統(tǒng)計需求,建立院級科研管理信息系統(tǒng)已迫在眉睫。 為了解決這一問題,在積極推進數(shù)字化校園建設的號召下,本論文以云南大學軟件學院暨云南省軟件工程重點實驗室科研管理工作為背景,分析并設計了科研管理信息系統(tǒng),以提高學院級科研管理水平和效率,為學院管理層對科研活動的宏觀管理提供服務。 論文首先介紹了系統(tǒng)研究的背景和意義,對需要解決的問題進行了闡述,其次介紹了論文使用的建模方法和實現(xiàn)技術。然后對原有業(yè)務流程進行了分析,特別對查詢統(tǒng)計業(yè)務流程進行了改造;在功能分析中,論文通過用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能;在系統(tǒng)設計時,依次繪制各功能模塊包圖、類圖、序列圖、核心流程圖來完成詳細設計;在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)將要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析,給出了實體關系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表。 針對科研管理人員、科研人員、科研主管負責人、財務審批負責人四種角色設計了包含科研人員管理、科研成果管理、院級項目管理、經(jīng)費管理、查詢統(tǒng)計、系統(tǒng)管理六大模塊于一體的科研管理信息系統(tǒng),在此基礎上特別對常規(guī)查詢統(tǒng)計和定制查詢統(tǒng)計功能進行了詳細分析與設計。 最后,論文對研究內(nèi)容進行了總結,闡述了本人的主要工作,指出了論文存在的不足,并對進一步的工作進行了展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of university management, the demand for systematic management of scientific research information is increasing day by day. At present, most universities have their own scientific research management platform, but at the college level, there is basically no information system to support, can only be manually collected, collated, combined data to complete a variety of inquiries and statistics. In the face of the increasing complexity and the demand of real-time statistics, it is urgent to establish a scientific research management information system at the institute level. In order to solve this problem, under the call of actively promoting the construction of digital campus, this paper analyzes and designs a scientific research management information system based on the research management work of Yunnan University Software College and key Laboratory of Software Engineering of Yunnan Province. In order to improve the management level and efficiency of scientific research at the college level, it can provide service for the macroscopic management of scientific research activities. Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of the system research, expounds the problems that need to be solved, and then introduces the modeling methods and implementation techniques used in the paper. Then the original business process is analyzed, especially the query statistical business process is reformed. In the function analysis, the function of the system is defined by use case analysis and use case description. Each function module package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, core flow chart to complete the detailed design; in the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data to be processed by the system, gives the entity relationship diagram, and establishes the database table. For the four roles of scientific research manager, scientific research supervisor and financial examination and approval manager, the design includes scientific research personnel management, scientific research achievement management, college project management, fund management, inquiry and statistics, The scientific research management information system with six modules of system management is integrated. On this basis, the functions of general query statistics and customized query statistics are analyzed and designed in detail. Finally, the paper summarizes the research content, expounds my main work, points out the shortcomings of the paper, and looks forward to further work.
