【摘要】：近年來,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)迅速發(fā)展,許多創(chuàng)業(yè)者需要資金支持來完成自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)夢想,但是資金的借貸的業(yè)務(wù)流程越來越多,越來越復(fù)雜。對于信譽(yù)度不同的人來說,制定合適的信譽(yù)度評價(jià)機(jī)制,能更好的幫助銀行與企業(yè)來完成投資與回收。同時(shí)能幫助銀行與企業(yè)及時(shí)的催促貸款者來如期還貸。因此很有必要設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)這樣的資金管理與借貸管理的平臺來幫助企業(yè)以及銀行。基于J2EE的股權(quán)眾籌運(yùn)營系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)劃分了緒論,需求分析,概要設(shè)計(jì)與詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)與測試,總結(jié)與展望五個(gè)部分。通過分析現(xiàn)代股權(quán)眾籌系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)技術(shù),提出自己的開發(fā)技術(shù)。本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中采用的架構(gòu)是MVC架構(gòu),采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu),開發(fā)語言采用jsp, java,數(shù)據(jù)庫采用Oracle。基于J2EE的股權(quán)眾籌運(yùn)營系統(tǒng)分為創(chuàng)業(yè)者,投資人,以及管理人員這三個(gè)角色。對于創(chuàng)業(yè)者與投資者來說來說,主要的功能包括注冊功能,登錄功能,找回密碼,修改個(gè)人資料,上傳資料,安全設(shè)置,發(fā)送消息,查看回復(fù)消息,管理發(fā)件箱,創(chuàng)建編輯創(chuàng)意項(xiàng)目,上傳項(xiàng)目視頻,審批領(lǐng)投人,投后管理,以及項(xiàng)目評論與項(xiàng)目動(dòng)態(tài)。對于管理人員來說完成的功能主要包括系統(tǒng)登錄,用戶組織管理,網(wǎng)站管理,信息管理這三個(gè)主要的功能,其中用戶組織管理又包括了用戶管理,組織管理,角色管理,崗位管理,組織人員屬性管理,人員維度管理這三個(gè)子功能,網(wǎng)站管理包括欄目設(shè)置管理,會(huì)員管理,信息管理,審核管理,項(xiàng)目管理,投后管理,財(cái)務(wù)管理,統(tǒng)計(jì)管理,系統(tǒng)管理等。目前,該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成功的為交易中心,企業(yè),銀行等金融部門服務(wù),越來越體現(xiàn)了該系統(tǒng)的重要性與方便性。系統(tǒng)成功運(yùn)行后能夠讓投資者與貸款者方便的管理自己的投資情況,方便易用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, many entrepreneurs need financial support to fulfill their entrepreneurial dreams, but the business process of capital lending is becoming more and more complex. For people with different reputation, the establishment of appropriate credit evaluation mechanism can better help banks and enterprises to complete investment and return. At the same time can help banks and enterprises in time to urge lenders to repay their loans on time. Therefore, it is necessary to design such a fund management and lending management platform to help enterprises and banks. The design and implementation of shareholding crowdfunding operation system based on J2EE is divided into five parts: introduction, requirement analysis, outline design and detailed design, realization and test, summary and prospect. Through analyzing the development technology of the modern stock rights crowdfunding system, the author puts forward his own development technology. In the development process of the system, the architecture is MVC, the B / S structure is adopted, the development language is JSP, java, and the database is Oracle. J2EE-based equity crowdfunding operation system is divided into three roles: entrepreneur, investor, and manager. For entrepreneurs and investors, the main functions include registration, login, password retrieval, modification of personal data, uploading data, security settings, sending messages, checking reply messages, managing boxes, Create and edit creative projects, upload project videos, approve leads, post-cast management, and project reviews and project dynamics. For managers, the main functions include system login, user organization management, website management and information management, among which user organization management includes user management, organization management, role management, etc. Site management includes column setting management, member management, information management, audit management, project management, post investment management, financial management, statistical management. System management, etc. At present, the system has been successfully for the trading center, enterprises, banks and other financial services, more and more reflect the importance and convenience of the system. After the successful operation of the system, investors and lenders can easily manage their own investment situation and easy to use.
