基于五大過程組的某國際電站EPC項目管理實踐

【摘要】:電站項目建設(shè)在國民經(jīng)濟中的地位和作用都是非常重要的,科學(xué)有效的項目管理對于電站項目建設(shè)更是至關(guān)重要。國內(nèi)電建企業(yè)在承包國際電站EPC項目的過程中因為對項目管理的理解程度以及與當(dāng)?shù)匚幕尘啊⒘?xí)慣做法的不同和語言交流方面的障礙等而引起了較多的問題。本文根據(jù)實例,結(jié)合美國項目管理知識在某國際電站EPC項目中的運用進(jìn)行了初步分析和研究。論文主要為四部分內(nèi)容:第一為緒論部分,介紹了本次研究的背景和意義,并闡述了國內(nèi)外類似研究的發(fā)展、動態(tài)以及采用的研究方法及研究內(nèi)容。第二介紹了美國項目管理的相關(guān)的概念,對美國項目管理的五大過程組進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述,并分析了美國項目管理知識應(yīng)用在國際電站EPC項目中的必要性和可行性。第三部分結(jié)合實例介紹了美國項目管理五大過程組管理知識在沙特拉比格項目實施過程中的應(yīng)用,將該項目的實施劃分為五個部分:分別是項目啟動、項目規(guī)劃、項目執(zhí)行、項目監(jiān)督和項目收尾。并對不同階段的具體實施過程進(jìn)行了介紹、說明和分析。最后部分是對研究的總結(jié),提出了不足和改進(jìn)意見。
[Abstract]:The status and function of power station project construction in national economy is very important, and scientific and effective project management is even more important to power plant project construction. In the process of contracting the EPC project of international power station, domestic power construction enterprises have caused many problems because of their understanding of project management, their cultural background with the local people, the differences in practice and language exchange, and so on. In this paper, the application of American project management knowledge in a EPC project of an international power station is analyzed and studied according to an example. This paper mainly consists of four parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of this research, and describes the development, trends, research methods and research contents of similar research at home and abroad. In the second part, the related concepts of American project management are introduced, the five process groups of American project management are described in detail, and the necessity and feasibility of the application of American project management knowledge in EPC projects of international power plants are analyzed. The third part introduces the application of the five process group management knowledge of American project management in the implementation process of Saudi Arabia Labigg project, and divides the implementation of the project into five parts: project initiation, project planning and project execution. Project supervision and project closure. The concrete implementation process of different stages is introduced, explained and analyzed. The last part is a summary of the research, put forward the deficiencies and suggestions for improvement.
