【摘要】：基于大崗山水電站大壩工程的概況和管理模式,闡述了P6項(xiàng)目管理平臺的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架及其在進(jìn)度管理、贏得值管理等方面的應(yīng)用情況,并對進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的分級管理、動態(tài)管理及實(shí)現(xiàn)贏得值曲線的方法、步驟及其他難點(diǎn)等問題進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,基于P6項(xiàng)目管理平臺的多級進(jìn)度管理方法對水電站大壩施工進(jìn)度管理具有參考性和移植性;贏得值法實(shí)現(xiàn)了進(jìn)度與費(fèi)用控制的動態(tài)、綜合監(jiān)控,對提高項(xiàng)目效益和管理水平具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和推廣意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the general situation and management mode of dam project of Dagangshan Hydropower Station, this paper expounds the system framework of P6 project management platform and its application in schedule management, earned value management, and the hierarchical management of schedule plan. The methods, steps and other difficulties of dynamic management and realization of earned value curve are analyzed. The results show that the multi-stage schedule management method based on P6 project management platform has reference and transplantability for dam construction schedule management of hydropower station, and the method of winning value realizes the dynamic and comprehensive monitoring of progress and cost control. It has important application value and popularization significance to improve project benefit and management level.
