【摘要】：對于一個通過信息管理系統(tǒng)來進(jìn)行企業(yè)信息管理的企業(yè)來說,定制合理的信息管理系統(tǒng)非常重要,而搞好信息系統(tǒng)的需求分析又是定制該系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵。文中依據(jù)項(xiàng)目管理理論,設(shè)計了一套面向中小企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析流程,涵蓋了制定管理目標(biāo),明確系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu),確定系統(tǒng)部署,制定系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方案等4個階段,分析了怎樣圍繞項(xiàng)目的需求實(shí)施有效控制、管理及科學(xué)的分析,找出涉及信息系統(tǒng)需求分析的重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:It is very important for an enterprise to customize a reasonable information management system through the information management system, and the key to customize the information system is to do well the requirement analysis of the information system. According to the theory of project management, this paper designs a set of requirements analysis flow of information management system for small and medium-sized enterprises, which covers four stages: making management objectives, defining the overall framework of the system, determining the system deployment, and formulating the implementation scheme of the system. This paper analyzes how to carry out effective control, management and scientific analysis around the requirements of the project, and finds out the key links of the requirement analysis of the information system.
