航天YZJS院型號(hào)研制可靠性保障體系研究

【摘要】:航天項(xiàng)目具有極高的復(fù)雜性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),隨著運(yùn)載火箭產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的速度加快、新技術(shù)不斷應(yīng)用,運(yùn)載火箭系統(tǒng)可靠性問(wèn)題越發(fā)突出。國(guó)際航天界非常關(guān)注這種情況,美國(guó)、歐洲及其他國(guó)家的航天界對(duì)此開(kāi)展了很多工作,取得了很多成果。隨著我國(guó)運(yùn)載火箭技術(shù)的發(fā)展和管理日益精細(xì),我國(guó)在航天項(xiàng)目可靠性管理方面也取得了一定的進(jìn)步。但從總體上看,可靠性保障工作方法、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、要求等方面仍存在差距,導(dǎo)致各研制單位可靠性管理水平參差不齊,從整體上制約了可靠性水平的提升。因此,亟需建立統(tǒng)一規(guī)范的可靠性保障體系,將先進(jìn)的可靠性管理思想、方法、組織結(jié)構(gòu)與階段性的工程研制結(jié)合起來(lái),對(duì)于提升我國(guó)航天項(xiàng)目可靠性保障工作整體水平將有積極的促進(jìn)作用。本文立足于航天YZJS院型號(hào)研制可靠性工作宏觀管理層面,通過(guò)深入分析航天YZJS院型號(hào)研制中可靠性保障工作方面存在的問(wèn)題及其根源,充分學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)項(xiàng)目管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從可靠性工作組織管理、可靠性工作流程、可靠性工作技術(shù)支撐能力、可靠性工作條件保障等四個(gè)方面開(kāi)展研究,形成適應(yīng)航天YZJS院型號(hào)研制的新形勢(shì)、新任務(wù)、新要求的可靠性保障體系,可靠性保障體系包括組織體系、流程體系、方法體系、條件體系、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系五大部分。
[Abstract]:Spaceflight project has high complexity and risk. With the speed of updating and the application of new technology, the reliability of launch vehicle system becomes more and more serious. The international aerospace community is very concerned about this situation, the United States, Europe and other countries in the space industry has done a lot of work, has achieved a lot of results. With the development and management of launch vehicle technology in China, China has made some progress in reliability management of space projects. On the whole, however, there are still gaps in the working methods, standards and requirements of reliability support, which leads to the uneven level of reliability management in various research and development units, which restricts the improvement of reliability level as a whole. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish a unified and standardized reliability assurance system that combines advanced reliability management ideas, methods, organizational structures and stage engineering development. It will play a positive role in improving the overall level of reliability support of space projects in China. Based on the macro management of model development reliability of aerospace YZJS institute, this paper analyzes the problems and root causes of reliability guarantee in the development of aerospace YZJS institute. On the basis of studying and drawing lessons from the advanced project management theory at home and abroad, the research is carried out from four aspects: reliability work organization and management, reliability work flow, reliability work technical support ability, reliability working condition guarantee, etc. Forming a new situation, new tasks, new requirements of reliability support system, reliability support system including organizational system, process system, method system, condition system and standard system.
