基于產(chǎn)能約束的徑鍛生產(chǎn)線計(jì)劃編制方法研究

【摘要】:生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃是鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)之一。生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃方案的改進(jìn)可以降低生產(chǎn)線的庫(kù)存、提高設(shè)備利用率、提高合同按時(shí)兌現(xiàn)率,從而降低成本、提高效率,提高企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效益。本文首先對(duì)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述,在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用甘特圖、回歸擬合等項(xiàng)目管理和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)的工具和方法,通過(guò)對(duì)XCC徑鍛生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)線特點(diǎn)及產(chǎn)品特性分析、主體設(shè)備性能分析、生產(chǎn)工藝流程分析等,以及生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃運(yùn)行體系現(xiàn)狀的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)徑鍛生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃編制及執(zhí)行過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,制定了相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃編制及執(zhí)行體系方案。首先,確定生產(chǎn)線上關(guān)鍵的產(chǎn)能瓶頸環(huán)節(jié),以設(shè)備的工藝時(shí)間為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和回歸擬合的方法找到了關(guān)鍵設(shè)備產(chǎn)能與產(chǎn)品規(guī)格的相關(guān)性并確定其相關(guān)系數(shù),制定了徑鍛機(jī)、電渣爐的產(chǎn)能及規(guī)格標(biāo)產(chǎn)系數(shù)表。其次,以約束理論TOC為理論依據(jù),制定了徑鍛生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃編制的若干條原則,在一定程度上減輕關(guān)鍵瓶頸工序的產(chǎn)能壓力、釋放瓶頸工序產(chǎn)能,從而提高整個(gè)生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)效率。另外,針對(duì)徑鍛生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的問(wèn)題提出了其它改進(jìn)方案,主要包括減小外部不確定性、細(xì)化日計(jì)劃內(nèi)容、規(guī)范計(jì)劃下達(dá)流程、加強(qiáng)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)監(jiān)管等,在一定程度保證生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃方案的順利實(shí)施。上述徑鍛生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃編制方案及生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)改進(jìn)方案從XCC廠徑鍛生產(chǎn)線的分析而來(lái),在一定程度上對(duì)同類型的生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃編制具有普適性意義。部分改進(jìn)方案已在XCC廠徑鍛生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行了實(shí)際運(yùn)行,并取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:Production planning is one of the key links in the production and operation of iron and steel enterprises. The improvement of production planning scheme can reduce the inventory of production line, increase the utilization rate of equipment, improve the rate of contract delivery on time, thus reduce the cost, improve efficiency and improve the operation benefit of the enterprise. In this paper, the current situation of research and application of production planning management is reviewed, and on this basis, the tools and methods of project management and mathematical statistics, such as Gantt chart, regression fitting and so on, are used. Through the analysis of the characteristics and product characteristics of the XCC diameter forging production line, the performance analysis of the main equipment, the analysis of the production process, and the present situation of the production planning and running system of the production line, Problems in production planning and execution of diameter forging production line are found. In view of the above problems, the corresponding production planning and implementation system program are worked out. First of all, the key bottleneck link of production line is determined. Based on the process time of the equipment, the correlation between the key equipment capacity and the product specifications is found by statistical analysis and regression fitting method, and the correlation coefficient is determined. The production capacity and standard production coefficient of diameter forging machine and electroslag furnace are established. Secondly, on the basis of constraint theory TOC, several principles of production planning of diameter forging production line are worked out, which to some extent reduce the pressure of production capacity of key bottleneck processes and release the production capacity of bottleneck processes. In order to improve the production efficiency of the entire production line. In addition, in view of the production process of the diameter forging production line, other improvement schemes are put forward, including reducing the external uncertainty, refining the daily planning content, standardizing the planning and issuing process, strengthening the supervision of the dispatching system, and so on.
