【摘要】：社會(huì)在不斷的發(fā)展,人民的生活質(zhì)量和生活水平都呈現(xiàn)顯著的提高,對(duì)物質(zhì)文明的渴望特別是對(duì)居住環(huán)境的要求也漸漸提高。因此,什么樣的建筑才是人們生活所需要的,在深入研究該課題的基礎(chǔ)上,可以起到穩(wěn)定和維護(hù)企業(yè)自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和信譽(yù)的同時(shí)還能維護(hù)人民的財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,對(duì)社會(huì)的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義都非常深遠(yuǎn)。工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量在整個(gè)工程建設(shè)的過(guò)程中非常關(guān)鍵,不僅影響了項(xiàng)目的環(huán)境效益、社會(huì)效益、投資效益等,且劣質(zhì)的工程還會(huì)給國(guó)家和人民帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重的安全隱患,對(duì)社會(huì)的安定和國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到很大的阻礙作用。因此要提高建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量,對(duì)其進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量管理必不可少,同時(shí)也是維護(hù)公眾利益的需要。隨著大型項(xiàng)目的增多,專(zhuān)家和學(xué)者對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的重要性非常關(guān)注,研究質(zhì)量管理方法,使其在理論層面和實(shí)踐層面都有了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展。本文選取了安慶東部新城項(xiàng)目作為研究對(duì)象,列舉了該項(xiàng)目中管理不善帶來(lái)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重影響工程質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度的同時(shí)對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展也起到了嚴(yán)重的制約作用。以此為背景,本文深入討論項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中質(zhì)量控制和管理的課題,目的是提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,提高建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量,以便更好地為公眾利益服務(wù)。本文研究成果不但可以為企業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理提供指導(dǎo),同時(shí)可以為其他工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理與控制提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society, the quality of life and living standard of the people have been improved significantly, and the desire for material civilization, especially the requirement of living environment, has been gradually raised. Therefore, what kind of building is necessary for people to live in, on the basis of in-depth study of this subject, it can stabilize and maintain the economic benefits and credibility of the enterprise itself, while also maintaining the property safety of the people. The theoretical and practical significance of the society is very profound. The quality of the project is very critical in the process of the whole project construction, which not only affects the environmental benefit, social benefit and investment benefit of the project, but also brings serious security hidden trouble to the country and the people. Social stability and the development of the national economy play a great role in hindering. Therefore, to improve the quality of construction projects, strict quality management is necessary, and it is also the need to safeguard the public interests. With the increase of large-scale projects, experts and scholars pay close attention to the importance of project quality management. This paper selects the new town project in the east of Anqing as the research object, enumerates the quality problems brought about by the mismanagement of the project, which seriously affects the quality and progress of the project and at the same time has a serious restriction on the development of the enterprise. Based on this background, this paper deeply discusses the subject of quality control and management in the process of project construction, with the aim of improving the competitiveness of enterprises and improving the quality of construction projects in order to serve the public interests better. The research results of this paper can not only provide guidance for enterprise engineering project quality management, but also provide reference for other engineering project quality management and control.
