【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,制造企業(yè)要想長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,必須走上企業(yè)信息化管理的道路,改善企業(yè)管理、實(shí)現(xiàn)管理信息化、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文經(jīng)過(guò)查閱近年來(lái)制造企業(yè)信息化項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,發(fā)現(xiàn)都是站在建設(shè)方的角度進(jìn)行研究,而缺乏可供實(shí)施方軟件公司參考的管理理論。因此,本文結(jié)合我國(guó)制造企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,從實(shí)施方的角度,將制造企業(yè)ERP項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施看作一個(gè)項(xiàng)目,將項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過(guò)程作為框架,用項(xiàng)目管理的思想和方法對(duì)其實(shí)施過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)。本文簡(jiǎn)要地闡述了企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的行業(yè)背景,提出了本文的研究目的和意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容及方法,并指出本文研究可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。同時(shí),對(duì)ERP相關(guān)知識(shí)與項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行分析,系統(tǒng)的介紹了ERP項(xiàng)目相關(guān)知識(shí),歸納整理了項(xiàng)目管理的基本理論和信息化項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的方法及內(nèi)容,為下文進(jìn)行案例研究打下良好的理論基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),本文介紹了制造業(yè)行業(yè)信息化的特點(diǎn)與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),闡述了株洲NF公司信息化管理現(xiàn)狀,指出NF公司目前管理上存在的問(wèn)題并分析其實(shí)施ERP項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行管理改革的必要性,提出NF公司ERP項(xiàng)目建設(shè)目標(biāo)與項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案。重點(diǎn)介紹了株洲NF公司ERP項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過(guò)程及其管理,簡(jiǎn)要介紹NF公司ERP項(xiàng)目各個(gè)實(shí)施階段的工作內(nèi)容,依據(jù)上文的理論對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際管理過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析,研究各階段的項(xiàng)目管理內(nèi)容的側(cè)重點(diǎn)并進(jìn)行總結(jié)。最后,總結(jié)了NF公司ERP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的成果,指出本研究的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足之處,并提出未來(lái)值得繼續(xù)深入研究的方向。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern information technology, if manufacturing enterprises want to develop rapidly, they must take the road of enterprise information management, improve enterprise management, realize management informatization, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. After consulting the relevant documents of the implementation of the information project of manufacturing enterprises in recent years, it is found that the research is carried out from the perspective of the constructors, but the management theory that can be referred to by the software companies of the implementers is lacking. Therefore, according to the current situation and existing problems of manufacturing enterprise informatization in China, this paper regards the implementation of manufacturing enterprise ERP project as a project and the implementation process of the project as a framework from the perspective of the implementer. The implementation process of project management is analyzed and summarized with the idea and method of project management. This paper briefly describes the industry background of enterprise information construction, puts forward the purpose and significance of this research, research contents and methods, and points out the possible innovation points of this paper. At the same time, this paper analyzes the related knowledge of ERP and project management, systematically introduces the related knowledge of ERP project, summarizes the basic theory of project management and the methods and contents of the implementation of information project. It lays a good theoretical foundation for the case study below. At the same time, this paper introduces the characteristics and development trend of manufacturing industry informatization, expounds the present situation of information management in Zhuzhou NF Company, points out the problems existing in NF company's current management, and analyzes the necessity of carrying out ERP project management reform. Put forward NF company ERP project construction goal and project implementation plan. The implementation process and management of ERP project in Zhuzhou NF Company are introduced in detail. The contents of each implementation stage of ERP project of NF Company are briefly introduced, and the actual management process of the project is analyzed according to the above theory. Study the key points of project management in each stage and summarize them. Finally, the paper summarizes the results of the implementation of NF ERP project, points out the successful experiences and shortcomings of this study, and puts forward the direction of further research in the future.
