【摘要】：為了更好的適應(yīng)學(xué)校對(duì)資助項(xiàng)目的信息化管理,解決我校學(xué)生助學(xué)貸款,獎(jiǎng)助學(xué)金、勤工儉學(xué)、企業(yè)資助等學(xué)生資助管理項(xiàng)目的管理,科學(xué)合理的實(shí)現(xiàn)資助項(xiàng)目管理流程,提高我校學(xué)生資助的效率,從學(xué)校實(shí)際情況出發(fā),建立適合我校發(fā)展的資助系統(tǒng),以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)在快速信息化發(fā)展的需要。論文介紹了資助管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了資助管理研究的內(nèi)容和本人的主要工作；在資助管理業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對(duì)資助管理系統(tǒng)存在的問題、我校資助管理的組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有資助管理業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了優(yōu)化后的資助管理業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,明確了資助管理系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的頂層數(shù)據(jù)流圖、一層數(shù)據(jù)流圖和各個(gè)二層數(shù)據(jù)流圖,包括資助人員管理、資助項(xiàng)目管理、資助報(bào)名管理、資助分析管理、資助錄用管理、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理和系統(tǒng)管理等二層數(shù)據(jù)流圖；并給出了資助管理相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)字典,使用表格進(jìn)行說明；分析了資助管理系統(tǒng)總體功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖,并列出了各個(gè)子功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖,對(duì)各個(gè)功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖進(jìn)行了描述。在資助管理的數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對(duì)資助系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了資助管理系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)實(shí)體關(guān)系圖、E-R圖,并在實(shí)體圖基礎(chǔ)上建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表的結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對(duì)所做項(xiàng)目的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:In order to better adapt to the information management of the funded projects, solve the problems of student loan, scholarship, work-study, enterprise support and so on, we can realize the management process of the project scientifically and reasonably. In order to improve the efficiency of student aid in our school, a financial aid system suitable for the development of our school should be set up according to the actual situation of the school, so as to meet the needs of the rapid development of information technology. This paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of the funding management system, clarifies the contents of the research and the main work of myself. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial support management system, the organization of financial support management in our school, the original business process of financial support management, and gives the optimized business process of financial support management. The function of the financial aid management system is clarified, and the top level data flow diagram, the first layer data flow diagram and the two layer data flow diagram of the system are given, including the management of the subsidizing personnel, the management of the funded project, the management of the financial aid registration, the management of the financial aid analysis. The data dictionary related to financial support management is given, and the table is used to explain it. The overall function structure of the financial support management system is analyzed. Each sub-function structure diagram is listed, and each function structure diagram is described. In the data analysis of financial support management, the paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the financial support system, gives the E-R diagram of each entity relation diagram of the financial support management system, and establishes the structure of the database table on the basis of the entity chart. Finally, the research and analysis of the project are summarized, and the future work is prospected.
