【摘要】：結(jié)合企業(yè)競爭性戰(zhàn)略思想構(gòu)建了一個(gè)企業(yè)IT項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估與規(guī)避模型,建立了企業(yè)IT項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估的指標(biāo)體系,在對湖北省128家企業(yè)信息化項(xiàng)目與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了分類、測度和評估,得出了戰(zhàn)略與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,并根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估結(jié)果分析了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行的效果。最后,對高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的企業(yè)IT項(xiàng)目提出了一套風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避策略并進(jìn)行應(yīng)用。結(jié)果表明,計(jì)劃與控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對各種企業(yè)IT項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的競爭性戰(zhàn)略均有顯著影響,采取不同戰(zhàn)略的企業(yè),影響其IT項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)各不相同,選擇風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避的策略與時(shí)機(jī)也存在差異。
[Abstract]:A model of enterprise IT project risk assessment and evading is constructed based on the idea of enterprise competitive strategy, and the index system of enterprise IT project risk assessment is established. On the basis of the investigation and research on 128 enterprise informatization projects and risk status in Hubei province, the paper classifies, measures and evaluates the risk factors, and obtains the internal relationship between strategy and risk. According to the results of risk assessment, the effect of enterprise strategy implementation is analyzed. Finally, a set of risk aversion strategy for high-risk IT projects is proposed and applied. The results show that the planned and controlled risks have a significant impact on the competitive strategy of IT projects implemented by various enterprises, and the risks that affect the development of IT projects of enterprises adopting different strategies are different. There are also differences in the strategy and timing of choosing risk aversion.
