【摘要】：本論文以南南鋁業(yè)高精密鋁合金冰箱把手項(xiàng)目為實(shí)際案例,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外鋁合金冰箱把手產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,與本項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際狀況相聯(lián)系,通過查閱國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料,利用訪談、對(duì)比、分析、歸納、總結(jié)等方法,運(yùn)用所學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)知識(shí)對(duì)高精密鋁合金冰箱把手項(xiàng)目開發(fā)的效益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地分析、研究和匯總,提出不同的對(duì)策方案和建議,為項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中提供參考,確保該項(xiàng)目能夠健康科學(xué)地運(yùn)營,并能取得預(yù)期的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文主要由六個(gè)章節(jié)構(gòu)成,第一章主要介紹論文的研究背景、研究目的與意義、采用的研究方法及主要研究內(nèi)容；第二章主要闡述南南鋁業(yè)高精密鋁合金冰箱把手的項(xiàng)目概況及國內(nèi)外相關(guān)產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢；第三章主要闡述南南鋁業(yè)高精密鋁合金冰箱把手的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模和效益分析；第四章主要分析了南南鋁業(yè)高精密鋁合金冰箱把手項(xiàng)目開發(fā)所遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；第五章主要闡述了南南鋁業(yè)高精密鋁合金冰箱把手項(xiàng)目開發(fā)所遇到風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范對(duì)策；第六章為研究總結(jié)和建議。本論文從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控和效益分析角度出發(fā),得出如下結(jié)論：1、南南鋁業(yè)高精密鋁合金冰箱把手項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)符合我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的總體趨勢和廣西壯族自治區(qū)的鋁產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃；2、本項(xiàng)目具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益；3、本項(xiàng)目面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是中等偏小但處于可控范疇；4、本論文對(duì)提高項(xiàng)目效益,減小市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、國際貿(mào)易壁壘風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面提出了一些合理化建議[1]。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the South-South aluminum industry high precision aluminum alloy refrigerator handle project as a practical case, combined with the domestic and foreign aluminum alloy refrigerator handle industry development status and development trends, and the actual status of the project, through consulting domestic and foreign literature, By means of interview, contrast, analysis, induction, summary and so on, the benefits and risks of the development of high precision aluminum alloy refrigerator handle project are systematically analyzed, studied and summarized by using the professional knowledge of project management. Different countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the implementation of the project, to ensure that the project can be run healthily and scientifically, and to obtain the expected social and economic benefits. This paper mainly consists of six chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research methods and main research contents. The second chapter mainly describes the project overview of South-South aluminum industry high precision aluminum alloy refrigerator handle, and the current situation and development trend of related products at home and abroad, the third chapter mainly expounds the design scale and benefit analysis of South-South aluminum high precision aluminum alloy refrigerator handle. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the risks encountered in the development of the high precision aluminum refrigerator handle project in the South-South aluminum industry, and the fifth chapter mainly expounds the countermeasures to prevent the risks encountered in the development of the high precision aluminum alloy refrigerator handle project in the South-South aluminum industry. The sixth chapter is the research summary and suggestion. From the point of view of risk control and benefit analysis, this paper draws the following conclusion: 1. The construction of the high precision aluminum alloy refrigerator handle project in South-South aluminum industry accords with the overall trend of social and economic development of our country and the aluminum industry development plan of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region. 2, this project has good economic and social benefit. The risk of this project is middle small but in controllable category. This paper can improve the benefit of the project and reduce the market risk. Some reasonable suggestions on the risk of international trade barriers are put forward.
