【摘要】：工程總承包是國(guó)際通用的項(xiàng)目操作模式,由單個(gè)工程公司獨(dú)自或聯(lián)合多個(gè)有實(shí)力的工程公司共同承接某個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目,完成項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工、試運(yùn)行等所有工序,最終交到發(fā)包人手中的是一個(gè)完全具備生產(chǎn)條件的工程。本論文以山東廣富集團(tuán)有限公司棒材生產(chǎn)線總承包項(xiàng)目管理工程為研究對(duì)象,利用工業(yè)工程、項(xiàng)目管理、人因工程、人力資源管理等多方面的知識(shí),建立了工程總承包現(xiàn)行管理模式及勝任力數(shù)學(xué)模型。論文首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外工程總承包業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展演變過程、工程總承包現(xiàn)行管理模式,結(jié)合經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)總承包管理項(xiàng)目部組織架構(gòu)、各相關(guān)職能經(jīng)理的職責(zé)和任務(wù)進(jìn)行介紹,引入了一個(gè)先進(jìn)的管理概念——?jiǎng)偃瘟δＰ图捌湓u(píng)估模型,并通過建立總承包項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理勝任力模型及其評(píng)估模型,得出了遴選項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的一個(gè)科學(xué)有效的方法。本文論文接著通過建立人才信息庫(kù)、采用廣泛調(diào)研及訪談法收集數(shù)據(jù)、分析并量化了項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的相關(guān)因素,提出了建立勝任力模型建模步驟,并分析了勝任力模型的在冶金工程公司的應(yīng)用優(yōu)點(diǎn)的及可行性。論文然后應(yīng)用勝任力模型遴選出山東廣富集團(tuán)棒材生產(chǎn)線總承包項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì),并介紹了在實(shí)施該項(xiàng)目過程期間的各項(xiàng)明顯成果。同時(shí),針對(duì)目前工程咨詢公司總承包項(xiàng)目管理特點(diǎn),結(jié)合山東廣富集團(tuán)有限公司棒材生產(chǎn)線總承包項(xiàng)目具體案例,闡述了通過制定管理目標(biāo)責(zé)任書、完善總承包項(xiàng)目部?jī)?nèi)部管理體系制,傳承和提升保持管理的決策方案。論文研究成果對(duì)發(fā)展項(xiàng)目人力資源管理理論和承包項(xiàng)目工程實(shí)踐都有一定的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Project general contracting is an international general project operation mode. A single engineering company alone or in conjunction with a number of powerful engineering companies undertakes a certain project together to complete the design, procurement, construction, trial operation and other processes of the project. The final delivery to the contractor is a complete production conditions of the project. This paper takes the general contract project management project of bar production line of Shandong Guanfu Group Co., Ltd as the research object, and makes use of the knowledge of industrial engineering, project management, human resource management and so on. The current management model and competency mathematical model of general contracting project are established. Firstly, the paper introduces the development and evolution process of the general contracting business at home and abroad, the current management mode of the general contracting project, and introduces the organizational structure of the project department of general contracting management, the duties and tasks of the relevant functional managers. This paper introduces an advanced management concept-competency model and its evaluation model. By establishing the competency model and evaluation model of general contracting project manager, a scientific and effective method for selecting project manager is obtained. This paper then through the establishment of talent information base, using extensive research and interviews to collect data, analysis and quantification of the relevant factors of project managers, proposed a competency model modeling steps. The advantages and feasibility of competency model applied in metallurgical engineering company are analyzed. Then, the competency model is applied to select the general contracting project team of Shandong Guanfu Group Bar production Line, and the obvious achievements during the implementation of the project are introduced. At the same time, according to the characteristics of general contracting project management of engineering consulting company at present, combined with the specific case of general contracting project of bar production line of Shandong Guanfu Group Co., Ltd., the paper expounds the responsibility of formulating management objectives, Improve the internal management system of the general contracting department, inherit and improve the decision-making scheme of maintenance management. The research results of this paper have certain theoretical significance and practical value to the development of human resource management theory of project and the engineering practice of contracting project.
