【摘要】：近年來,由于企業(yè)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)更新速度不斷加快以及產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程日益復(fù)雜,同時面臨著來自外部企業(yè)的激烈競爭,急需一種產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理(Product Data Management,簡稱PDM)系統(tǒng)來幫助企業(yè)進行產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)信息共享和產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程管理,以此來提高企業(yè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計研發(fā)效率,進而大大提升企業(yè)的外在競爭力。在實際的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,產(chǎn)品設(shè)計研發(fā)過程大多是以項目為基礎(chǔ)單位進行管理的,因而項目管理在PDM系統(tǒng)中的作用日益受到人們的關(guān)注,然而目前國內(nèi)絕大部的PDM軟件在項目管理方面的功能還不夠完善,本文以研究室自主研發(fā)的PDM系統(tǒng)為背景,針對企業(yè)實際項目管理需求,通過工作流模型技術(shù)和工作流引擎設(shè)計,總結(jié)出一種基于工作流技術(shù)的項目管理設(shè)計模式,并從項目的任務(wù)機制,以及企業(yè)項目管理中所發(fā)生的項目流程變更等不同情況進行全方位的解讀。重點介紹了在項目流程變更中的一種修正型變更,即項目任務(wù)變更,同時包括在進行任務(wù)變更時任務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的變更,包括任務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)和數(shù)據(jù)修改等內(nèi)容。文章首先分析了企業(yè)關(guān)于項目管理的實際需求,包括共性需求和針對企業(yè)實際操作管理中產(chǎn)生的個性化需求;其次,詳細介紹了保證項目管理推進的工作流機制,包括工作流的過程定義和工作流實例化算法以及工作流引擎推進方式;最后,介紹了針對企業(yè)實際項目管理需求所產(chǎn)生的任務(wù)推送模型和項目任務(wù)變更設(shè)計,闡釋了類設(shè)計和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計。在文章的末節(jié),介紹了開發(fā)平臺和數(shù)據(jù)庫的選擇,并通過最終的實例效果演示,直觀的呈現(xiàn)出整個項目管理的功能和實際應(yīng)用情況。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the increasing speed of updating production data and the increasing complexity of product production process, enterprises are facing fierce competition from outside enterprises. A product data management (PDM) system is urgently needed to help enterprises share product data information and manage product production process, so as to improve the efficiency of product design and research and development, and thus greatly enhance the external competitiveness of enterprises. In the actual production of enterprises, the process of product design and development is mostly based on project management, so the role of project management in PDM system has been paid more and more attention. However, at present, most of the PDM software in China is not perfect in project management. This paper is based on the PDM system developed by the research room, aiming at the actual project management needs of enterprises. Through workflow model technology and workflow engine design, a project management design pattern based on workflow technology is summarized. And the enterprise project management in the project process changes and other different situations are interpreted in all directions. This paper mainly introduces a kind of modified change in project flow, that is, project task change, including task data recovery and data modification, etc. This paper first analyzes the actual requirements of the enterprise on project management, including the common needs and individualized requirements arising from the actual operation management of the enterprise. Secondly, it introduces the workflow mechanism to ensure the advancement of the project management in detail. It includes workflow process definition, workflow instantiation algorithm and workflow engine push mode. Finally, the task push model and project task change design are introduced. Class design and database design are explained. At the end of the article, the selection of development platform and database is introduced, and the function and application of the whole project management are presented intuitively through the final example effect demonstration.
