某航天企業(yè)型號(hào)項(xiàng)目溝通管理研究

【摘要】:軍品行業(yè)競爭日趨激烈,客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、價(jià)格、交貨周期等方面的要求不斷提高,特別是在國際形勢影響下,滿足國家需要、確保型號(hào)任務(wù)完成、提升企業(yè)效率效益,成為了軍工系統(tǒng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的首要任務(wù)。在企業(yè)面臨型號(hào)任務(wù)重、質(zhì)量要求高,交貨周期短及價(jià)格壓力大等問題下,企業(yè)型號(hào)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施效果卻不很理想。究其原因,型號(hào)項(xiàng)目溝通管理不善是其主要原因之一。為提高企業(yè)型號(hào)項(xiàng)目管理水平,保障項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)既定目標(biāo),特針對(duì)企業(yè)型號(hào)項(xiàng)目溝通管理展開了研究。 論文首先以某航天企業(yè)型號(hào)項(xiàng)目溝通管理為研究對(duì)象,采用案例分析、專家訪談、問卷調(diào)研等方法,對(duì)企業(yè)型號(hào)項(xiàng)目存在的主要問題進(jìn)行了分析,明確了型號(hào)項(xiàng)目溝通管理中存在的十三類問題,并從規(guī)劃溝通管理、管理溝通和控制溝通三方面問題進(jìn)行了分類分析,確定問題產(chǎn)生的原因。其次,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目溝通管理理論及溝通過程的基本模型,選用影響有效溝通的因素作為分析框架,結(jié)合企業(yè)自身及型號(hào)項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建適合航天型號(hào)項(xiàng)目管理使用的溝通管理模型,并設(shè)計(jì)了溝通關(guān)鍵過程的管理模版。最后,論文選擇企業(yè)實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,對(duì)溝通管理模型及過程模型進(jìn)行了示范驗(yàn)證,效果良好。 本文從項(xiàng)目溝通管理的總體知識(shí)體系入手,建立了適合企業(yè)型號(hào)項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)的溝通管理模型,為提升企業(yè)型號(hào)項(xiàng)目溝通管理水平提供了有效的方法,同時(shí)也可為其它類型的項(xiàng)目提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The competition in the military products industry is becoming increasingly fierce, and the requirements of customers for product quality, price, delivery cycle, etc., are constantly raised, especially under the influence of the international situation, to meet the needs of the country, to ensure the completion of model tasks, and to enhance the efficiency and efficiency of enterprises. Has become the first task of the development of military industrial system enterprises. Under the problems of heavy type task, high quality requirement, short delivery period and large price pressure, the implementation effect of enterprise model project is not ideal. Investigate its reason, model project communication mismanagement is one of its main reasons. In order to improve the management level of enterprise model project and ensure the project to achieve the established goal, the communication management of enterprise model project is studied. Firstly, the paper takes the project communication management of a spaceflight enterprise as the research object, and analyzes the main problems existing in the enterprise model project by using the methods of case analysis, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and so on. This paper clarifies the thirteen kinds of problems existing in the communication management of the model project, and analyzes the three aspects of the planning communication management, the management communication and the control communication, and determines the causes of the problems. Secondly, according to the theory of project communication management and the basic model of communication process, the factors influencing effective communication are selected as the analysis framework, combining the characteristics of enterprise and model project. The communication management model suitable for aerospace project management is constructed, and the management template of key communication process is designed. Finally, the paper selects the enterprise actual project, carries on the demonstration verification to the communication management model and the process model, the effect is good. Starting from the overall knowledge system of project communication management, this paper establishes a communication management model suitable for the characteristics of enterprise model projects, which provides an effective method for improving the communication management level of enterprise model projects. At the same time can also provide reference for other types of projects.
