【摘要】：應(yīng)用型本科人才培養(yǎng)模式是近年來我國高等教育中興起的一種新的人才培養(yǎng)模式,此模式適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展對高等教育要求。該模式在學(xué)生、家長、教師或是企業(yè)得到了廣泛認可。作者因工作緣故,一直的對如何建設(shè)該模式的進行著不斷研究和探索,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)、能力強、零適應(yīng)期的高素質(zhì)人才,滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展對人才的需求,實現(xiàn)與企業(yè)的深層次合作,努力獲得學(xué)校、企業(yè)、學(xué)生三方滿意的實效,培養(yǎng)更多適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的人才�，F(xiàn)如今,一直實行的傳統(tǒng)的人才培養(yǎng)模式在學(xué)生實習(xí)或踏上工作崗位后存在諸多不可忽視的問題,比如:不健全的管理方法和運行機制,所學(xué)理論與實際工作脫節(jié)等一系列的問題,這都直接影響人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,所以本文致力于研究利用項目管理的知識管理與改革應(yīng)用型本科人才培養(yǎng)模式的確具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先分析現(xiàn)如今應(yīng)用型本科人才培養(yǎng)模式研究的現(xiàn)狀,嘗試將項目管理的理念與理論融入到目前應(yīng)用型本科人才培養(yǎng)工作中來。然后,通過調(diào)研明確項目所面臨的各類實際問題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案:科學(xué)定位人才培養(yǎng)目標;總攬全局做好整個項目的宏觀調(diào)控;利用契約關(guān)系加以約束三方行為,明確各方利益,從而調(diào)動積極性,統(tǒng)一目標和方向;科學(xué)組建團隊,統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,合理控制;并做好團隊組織激勵,提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the applied undergraduate talent training model is a new kind of talent training mode in higher education of our country, which adapts the social development to the higher education request. This model has been widely accepted by students, parents, teachers or enterprises. As a result of his work, the author has been constantly studying and exploring how to build this model, cultivating high-quality talents with high quality, strong ability and zero adaptation period, meeting the needs of enterprise development for talents, and realizing the deep cooperation with enterprises. Strive to achieve satisfactory results of schools, enterprises and students, and train more talents to adapt to social development. Nowadays, the traditional talent training model, which has been practiced all along, has many problems that can not be ignored after the students practice or set foot on the job, such as imperfect management methods and operation mechanism. A series of problems, such as the disconnection between the theory learned and the actual work, have a direct impact on the quality of personnel training. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the knowledge management of project management and to reform the mode of cultivating applied undergraduate talents. This paper first analyzes the present situation of the research of applied undergraduate talents training mode, and attempts to integrate the concept and theory of project management into the current applied undergraduate talent training work. Then, through the investigation and research, the various kinds of practical problems faced by the project are clarified, and the corresponding solutions are put forward: scientific orientation of talent training objectives, overall control of the whole project, use of contractual relations to restrain the tripartite behavior, Make clear the interests of all parties, so as to arouse enthusiasm, unify goal and direction; set up a team scientifically, plan as a whole, control reasonably; and do a good job of team organization and motivation to improve the quality of personnel training.
